Very poor service from Fraser Meijer Pharmacy! Insulin ordered June 29th, 2024. Was told it would be in July 3rd 2024. It is now July 7th & still no insulin! No thought given as to contacting us! Now we're told it will be in July 9th 2024. Totally unacceptable!

This is my usual Meijer I shop at. However, my main complaint is the service we usually get. Today is a good example- I asked a self checkout worker how to ring up the ice bags you grab yourself and he just looked at me and walked away.

Mostly shop there for dry goods, seasonal, some clothes and the garden center. Wish they would expand their garden variety and not just SO many of the same thing every year.

Dont work here, you are treated like a body to fill a position and nothing more. even years later this location is worse. Management is horrible, and they always are on a power trip. Question their decisions and they write you up for arguing (even if you said less than a sentence....)
This is a training store where managers who fail go to be retrained rather than firing them. Meijer rarely fires a manager, no matter how badly they screw up or cause the store to be a revolving door, they keep their job. Even when they scream at you on the sales floor like a literal child or threaten to throw away your water bottle, they keep their job.
It's also really stupid that they'll let you come in right before 9:00 and not tell you they're locking the general merchandise side of the store. Shouldn't the greeters be letting people know that the entrance that came in from what is going to be locked in a couple of minutes???

The workers in the front managing the self check out registers are RUDE, let me reinterrate they are RUDE, but I guess that's how you get when your up there in age. I had a card malfunction and they were RUDE this is how incidences happen.

This was my meijer i went to since a child. While I don’t mind the layout change and open to it, after they changed the store layout, the meat section of the store shrunk considerably. The prices on common household items have skyrocketed, and it’s increasingly disheartening to see every time i go. I’ve gone to another Meijer further out that was much better that still had the old design, and I feel like this meijer prioritized the “modern look” and redesign over price point compared to the old design meijer. I just want my butcher shop back :(
