The did amazing work on my car after my accident. They never made me feel like just a number but made me and my car feel special. I feel like they went over and beyond. First time I ever had to take a vehicle to a closet shop. Kaylee collision was recommended by a co-worker. Very glad I made the choice to come here. John was amazing and made the process as painless as possible. Beyond satisfied with the outcome of the repair that was done to my vehicle. John also went above it beyond and help me to the best of his capability to get me into a rental. Very professional environment made me feel welcome. As soon as I walk through the door. I’ve gone to Kaylee’s twice now; once for my Nissan Cube a few years back, and recently for my son’s Buick Regal.These guys get the job done. They keep in contact with updates on parts, and estimates of the work to be done.I got a call about some jewelry that was found in my Cube when they were detailing it, this was very honest and thoughtful.The work done on both vehicles was impeccable. Ok I worked on and off at this place for let's say maybe 7 years it's two sides the collision side and the detailing side kaylee collision is great Kevin the (boss) has been nothing but respectful to me the detailing side ran by my cousin is absolutely horrible his self and who he choices to get the clean easy cars gets them then we get yelled at by the higher ups because we don't even have supplies to do the job right multiple mornings I would walk in and it would already be a car soo destroyed already in my bay mind you the others can choose from multiple keys some keys are hidden from us it's just a mess on the first class auto detailing side ran by Tony Gonzalez thats why go on his Facebook and see he's always asking for help i highly advise and again from his blood cousin to stay away unless you wanna get used and thrown out for finally sticking up for yourself some days you might be sitting there making nothing or some days you might only make 60 dollars doing one car because it's so destroyed its 60 a car no matter the damage I can't stress enough stay away from the detailing side

I had a minor fender bender and the staff at Kaylee collision treated me like I was there best customer. They kept me informed on every stage of the repairs and came in much cheaper then other collision shops I contacted. I hope I don't need to visit another collision shop in the future but if I do I know they have my back.
