This guy should teach classes in customer service!!My dad was a long-time customer. He purchased a 2011 Ford Edge battery for my car (2010) last November & we set it aside, kinda forgot to get to it.*My dad was fighting pancreatic cancer for over 2 years. He passed 12/23/23.*Two weeks ago, my battery died, went to swap battery & posts are on the wrong side! I called Earl's, explained the situation and with ZERO hesitation, the gentleman agreed to exchange 2011 battery for 2010 battery.This is why my dad went exclusively here for many many years. They're doing it right. Thank you so much for helping me AND honoring my father. ♡

I'm about to go there tomorrow for my mothers car. I deliver pizza and all the drivers at the store go here if they know about it. I've never had an issue with the batteries. The price is great and all my delivery cars have died before the battery from Earls was an issue. I've even gotten one for my dads truck and he's never mentioned anything about the battery. I read one complaint about them not changing the battery for you and a couple others about bad batteries but bad batteries aren't my experience and I wouldn't have asked to have my battery changed for me. I'm there for a replacement at a damn good price that will be swapped out if I have an issue within a year.

I had to replace batteries in both my vehicles. 1 from auto zone for the newer car for my wife and earls by suggestion of a friend. Half the price was attractive. Both still cranking.save your cash for oil changes

Great place to buy a battery new and used, fellas working there are nice. It was quick in and out and I came back to turn in my old used battery for 15 bucks! I'd recommend.
