I have been working on an issue with CVS Minute Clinic since Sept. I had 2 visits, a TB test, and a reading 3 days later. I paid $35 for the test and then my insurance did too. The TB reading was billed as an office visit and insurance denied it. It wasn't an office visit, it was part of my TB test. I bugged CVS Minute Clinic every month because they refused to correct the code. Finally, in Jan they said they'd have a code review meeting and to wait 3 to 5 days to inquire about the results. So I did on Feb 6 and was told the balance was zero and I would receive a refund check in 4 to 6 weeks. Of course, didn't get it so I called. They refuse to change the code and they're using my $35 to pay the $39 reading visit fee. I shamed them and told them that CVS rakes in billions...with a B...yearly and they're going to rip off a senior citizen who lives on a fixed income and then I wrote to HQ and said the same.I'll never set foot in a CVS again.

Made an online covid test appoinment. Line was so slow that I waited 15 minutes and realized it would be over another half hour until my car made it to the drive thru window. I cut my losses and left.

Great directions for drive-thru covid testing, it was super quick and easy. I felt like the technicians were very informed, and quick turn around for testing. Less than a 5 minute wait with appointment!

Crazy thing just went in for lip balm. Walked in and there was a display right in front of store. So that made that super easy. The bonus was it was buy one get one. The cashier was super friendly and helpful looking up our CVS card.

I filled my monthly prescription here for 3 years. There was an issue this month due to a manufacturer backorder. I tried to call the pharmacy to find a solution after waiting 6 days of being completely out of my medication and from the time the prescription was sent to them. I was trying to see if I called my doctor to have him change the dose so I could fill it, but I needed to know if they have the other dose in stock. The pharmacy staff refused to give me information if they had that medicine in stock or offer up any solution. Not to mention they told me that it had been on back order for 8 weeks. However, I had it filled here 4 weeks prior. I believe I was lied to. My script sat there unfulfilled for 6 days until I had my doctor cancel it and I went to Walgreens. Walgreens had no issue informing me if they had my medicine in stock and if they were able to fill it. Not to mention they offered a better solution and I was able to work it out with my doctor. I'll also add I called Rite-aid and they were able to tell me if they had any in stock, however they did not have enough to fill a months supply. I'm very disappointed and feel as if I was treated like garbage. It's disappointing considering I was a monthly customer for 3 years. I think they need to revisit their policies as they don't seem to be the same from store to store.
