Christine was assigned to my claim... she was so thorough during the walk throughs, and then she made sure to text or call with progress updates every 2-3 days. Even if she was off work, she had a colleague reach out in her stead... this level of communication and service is really rare. “So, James breathed new life into my 9 year old Subaru Outback. There were scratches from the hood to the trunk, they’re all gone now. He said he’d take care of my foggy headlights, done! My rims look brand new! The interior, great job. He even repaired my sunglasses holder, not a part of the detailing. It cost $$$$, but it was worth it after 9-10 years of never having my car detailed. I think I might keep it for a few more years!Services: Full body wash”

“Recently had my Ram in for hail damage and had a large dent on the passenger door pulled and painted. I was skeptical with the passenger door dent repair because the truck is 11 years old and getting a paint match on bright red paint is difficult. They did an excellent job pulling, paint matching, and blending. They also went above and beyond and got other dents out that I didn’t think would be covered when doing the hail repair. Truck looks better than when I bought it. I now park on the empty side of parking lots to avoid door dings.”

“Yes good afternoon I went to Mike's Auto repair a little while ago wanted to get some rest on my fender coming through fixed I don't know the lady's name but she came out there and looked at it with me very upfront and told me that they could fix it but to rushed once it gets in there like cancer and would just come back a short period later maybe 6 months maybe a year maybe as long as two so I think that she was very honest if I have any other auto repairs that I need collision work I would definitely bring it to them”

“Steve and his team exceeded our expectations by far! Communication, kindness, professional knowledge all came into place right away! We had our car towed to Caliber Collisin (Roseville Location) after a tree limb fell on it smashing the windshield, the hood and scratching most of the car. Oh this was a big job and on top of that it was a convertible Porsche. Before calling Caliber Collision, we called several other shops and they were intimidated by working on a Porsche. However, Steve and his team didn't even hesitate! The car was fixed properly and it looked brand new when we got it back! “Recently discovered/found Herb's while meeting a buddy at Rubber Duck Bar (attrative bar tenders, pricy beer). Had a dent in my 2021 KIA lease that needed to fixed. Showed Herb the two estimates that i received and he agreed to work off the lower of the two with the exception of no aftermarket bumper cover available. Dropped vehicle off on a Tuesday and picked up on Friday of the same week. Due to the expense of a rental vehicle (did not turn repaid into insurance) Herb pulled a miracle in getting parts, repaired, and painted. KIA looks in showroom condition. Don't think you need to go to a dealer or a collision shop chain to get quality body work done!!! Highly recommend!!”
