Had to look up my own parts on my phone for an oil change. I wasn't even greeted when walking in. Very short with ya, and I also feel like I am an inconvenience to them when checking out. Probably won't come back to this one.

Never come here. Awful customer service and extremely rude. The women working here had absolutely no idea what they were talking about and treated you like you were an idiot as well. Why are you working at auto zone if you have no idea what you're talking abiut

34629 utica location is the best.. the employees at store are so friendly and very helpful. Central line autozone messed up my account and switched parts under different car of mine but this guys on this location took their time to look it up and find the parts to help me out .. very knowledgeable sales associate.please ask for Chester, josh, nick. They are the best i can promise. I highly recommend this utica location.
