Rachna and her team at Taj Cottage went above and beyond in terms of delivering what I'd asked for. I am astounded by their level of talent.Rachna regularly updated me on the progress via messages, photos, and even videos, and she even personally flew with the items back from India. When the pants ended up being a little loose, her in-store tailor altered them for me on short notice.Given the skill level for such intricate embroidery and sewing, the price for the garments was quite reasonable. I received so many compliments on my outfit. If you are interested in custom-made clothing tailored specifically to your body, I highly recommend Taj Cottage. I've already sent several real-life friends their way.They also carry an assortment gorgeous ready-made garments, along with jewelry and other accessories.”
“I had the best experience at Hermz. I went to a few dress stores before/shopped online but I couldn’t find any dresses that were the exact style I wanted. I also felt that these other stores lacked options. Hermz has such a wide range of dresses. I wanted something sparkly, but even if you don’t, they have more flowy and floral dresses too! The workers are so sweet and really helped me when trying to find a dress.”

“The name of this boutique is true! I needed a White outfit for a White party and it was getting close to the event, less than a week! A FB friend referred me after I complimented an outfit she was wearing. I arrived and told Fatima what I needed, she showed me a few White outfits but she pulled out a dress last. I don't wear dresses but she encouraged me to try it on and it was really nice looking and sooo comfortable. I'm so glad I went, her store is just fabulous! This is definitely the place for an original dress, suit, pants, jeans, shoes, accessories plus shapewear and hosiery. Go go go!!”
“I was looking for an outfit for a Diwali party. I found a great dress but also had an enjoyable visit and gained a lot of knowledge about appropriate clothes for Diwali and the upcoming wedding I'm invited to. Patient and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes (surprising for such a tiny shop). A few days later I brought in my very dubious husband; he found several outfits he liked (and bought two!). Good prices (as far as I can tell from comparisons online) and they do alterations! What's not to like?”

“This past Friday, I, along with my nieces, visited Nordstrom, (Somerset) to do some back to school shopping, where we made a few purchases.
Our shopping took us to other stores. At some point, we realized that one of our Nordstrom bags was missing!
After spending nearly an hour back-tracking, our search brought us back to Nordstrom.
The shoe dept's mgr. recognized us from our morning visit there, where we explained our matter.
Without hesitation, the mgr. took action & helped us with our loss! I had never experienced such a response in all my years of shopping in-store, anywhere! I was sincerely overcome with relief and gratitude with the attention and detail rendered in helping both my niece and I.
The only downside side is that I failed to get the mgr's and salesperson's names, so that my appreciation could be personally addressed to them both.
BUT! You know who you are and we both know what you all did in such a professional, yet caring way. And for that, my niece and I will always be grateful.

“This is my absolute favorite store. All of the girls will probably know me by name soon. They are all so sweet, welcoming and helpful! I’ve never met such a kind staff. Bridget is always so helpful in the fitting room. I can’t recommend this place enough. Always getting new clothes in and the clearance room is amazing! A little pricey but worth it and always having sales and deals. My wardrobe is turning into mostly altar’d state and I love how girly it is. Keep being amazing staff!”
“I Love this store. The Owner and Staff is awesome. They are professional, courteous and friendly. My friends and I have been shopping here for years. She always has very unique items in the store. Always greet you with a smile and willing to assist you. I have bought many items (clothes, jewelry, purses, shoes, boots, hats, gloves, mask, keychains, shawls etc.) for family, friends. co-workers and myself. Everyone absolutely love their gifts. Twice I was in the store with some personal health issues. The owner asked me what happened. I shared with her and she immediately laid hands on me and prayed for me on both occasions. I never been in a store where the owner or staff took the time to do this. I was emotionally overwhelmed and thanked her for caring. I love the Owner and staff and consider them my shopping family. “I bought The Little Better Sam Nylon Small Shoulder Bag in black and I rave about it to everyone! A manager by the name of Zainab was so helpful in my positive experience here! She asked me questions about my style and preferences and I told her I love the shoulder bag style and it's always a plus for me when I can fit a substantial amount of personal items, and this was the bag she suggested for me. She shipped it to me ASAP and it arrived swiftly and wrapped so delicately. After I made this purchase, I could not be more than happier with this bag. I am so glad Zainab led me towards this bag! I bought it in September of 2021 and it has become my favorite everyday bag since. It has a very shoulder bag type of feel/style while having SO much room inside. Till this day the quality from when I first purchased it remains. And in the case that I've accidentally dirtied it on the outside, I've easily been able to clean it off due to the material of the bag. Thank you so much to Kate Spade and the lovely manager who led me to my favorite bag!I also purchased the I Heart New York ring in late 2022 and it's a staple in my ring collection. “My favorite store to shop and look around. Always neat and most of the staff is nice.There is an older lady that has been working there for a while, mainly in beauty dept with curly short light brown/blonde hair and glasses who is extremely rude and always has an attitude. On several occasions, I’ve had her follow me and has been vocal about customers getting in her way while I was browsing, and not even touching any product. Finally, I confronted her about her comment and asked if I was bothering her. She did not even apologize and instead deflected that she was just venting that customers are messing up her section. Lady, if you are unhappy with your place of employment or what you do, please do not take it out on customers who are helping keeping the business open and you employed. Nonetheless, I chose to rate 4 stars for the shopping experience (minus 1 for rude beauty dept employee) and I will still continue to shop because I enjoy the variety of items they have and good prices.”

“I'm very new to fly fishing and my cheap trout rod snapped so I stopped in to treat myself to a better rod because i've discovered fly fishing for trout is litteral crack and having very little knowledge or experience the sales rep went what I felt like (very easy to please) above and beyond for me and helped me pick out a very specific fly rod rod for the type of fishing I normally do and helped me pick out a reel and spooled it for me and even offered to let me cast it outside to see if it's really what I wanted and this was while they where closing. If catching bass and pike is as fun on the fly as trout I will definitely be back to purchase another set up from this location. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and I feel like I learned a fair amount too. I was helped by a older gentleman I dont remember his name but I hope I see him again. “Had an issue with a product that was just past it's warranty. The manager Amanda Taylor took excellent care of me and provided me top notch service and professionalism. I showed an obvious defect in a product and they were able to exchange the item for a new one. This was 1990's service in the post-covid era. I highly recommend this store.”

“I avoid depth stores because they all turned into dumps. Not this one! Went to return an Amazon box. It's clean. It's orderly. Everything is in on shelves and hangers in logical order. The staff is super friendly. I was stunned! Whoever runs this store is doing a fantastic job! I will actually go and shop here.”
