Without getting too much into the fine details, I had a very strange case where an LLC I used to own (which had been legally closed for 7+ years), was notified by another state that the LLC owed the state a large amount of sales and use taxes. The LLC had never conducted any business in the state claiming the taxes.This was obviously unsettling for multiple reasons.Having never experienced anything like this or even requiring legal counsel for any tax reasons previously, I took to the web to look for help. After consultation and competitive price analysis with a couple of different firms, I found Wolf Tax.A couple of things were clear to me after the first consultative phone call:1. Wolf Tax (Evan) took the time to really listen to me and my situation, which was greatly appreciated and unlike some of the other places I contacted2. Wolf Tax was extremely knowledgeable, which gave me great confidence moving forwardAfter first contact, my decision to work with Wolf Tax was already made regardless of pricing, however the initial quote for their services was much better than the other firms I looked into.Furthermore, during the case as additional information from the tax requesting state materialized, Wolf Tax was able to more accurately identify and quantify the work needed to be done, and they adjusted the price even lower!Throughout the duration of the case, Evan was always responsive in correspondence and proactive regarding updates on the case. I was able to completely offload all stress and worry surrounding the situation, knowing that Wolf Tax was handling everything.The case closed in a very short period of time, resulting with the LLC appropriately owing $0 in taxes. My case was obviously unique, but I would contract Wolf Tax's services again in a heartbeat for any of my future tax needs. I highly recommend the same to anyone with any tax needs!

I needed to file some back taxes but wanted them e-filed and was past the cut off to do myself. I called several tax pros but Wolf Tax was the only one that was quick & responsive. They had my issue handled in less than 30minutes and now I'm free to move on from the looming tax "to do" issue! Very fair pricing and easy to pay online! I highly recommend using this firm!

We worked with Evan and his team over the past few years on our tax resolution with the IRS. He renegotiated a new installation agreement that allowed us to travel internationally again because the IRS will put a hold on traveling abroad based on taxes owed. He solved our tax problem quickly and took the stress and pressure off of us. Thanks again Evan and Wolf Tax.

Evan is amazing!! He was able to file for Innocent Spouse Relief and relieve me from paying additional taxes due on joint returns when I wasn’t aware of errors from my former spouse. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable on tax laws. I would highly recommend him!!!

I worked with Evan for a few years now and he has helped me tremendously with tax related issues and now with completing my annual tax returns. The CPA I worked with previously seriously messed up my tax returns which resulted in me owing a lot of money to the government. Several years ago after the 2008 crash, I was taken advantage of by a TaxProfessional who after I paid thousands of dollars to left me high dry. Mr. Wolf helped me straighten out my devistating situation with compassion and effeciency almost immediately trying to help make up for all of my financial losses. I have used his office for my taxes and back tax case every since. As it has been difficult for me to recover from that time, he has made the process simple and affordable for me every year thereafter.I strongly recommend Wolf Tax not only to those who have tax issues, butto anyone for their yearly tax care where you're person, not a number.

Evan Wolf was wonderful and really went to bat for my daughter who had issues with the IRS. We picked his name from the phone list in New Jersey!!! Not knowing a thing about him and his services we really hit the jack pot being we live hundreds of miles away. Even with the pandemic and everything at a standstill, Evan got a great settlement for my daughter and can't be more greatful to his great help.
