Horrible customer service!My grandma went here maybe 2 years ago, to get all her grandkids chasmier sweaters for Christmas. She unfortunately forgotten the employees name, but she definitely didn't forget the disrespect they gave her about her weight. Saying "we don't sell in your size ma'ma". Needless to say she spent her money else where and none of us will ever go back! 0/10

Love the Franklin Village Boutique....a small town feel with uptown fashion and fabulous personal service. The clothing lines are wonderful, and fit beautifully. And, I can always find fun and classic jewelry and gifts that range in price and style. A great shop that appeals to various age groups and tastes.

This is one of my favorite boutiques in Michigan. The store is well laid out with up-to-date stock and reasonable prices. When I am in Southern California I shop at all the little beach side boutiques and this store gives me the same vibe with a relaxing atmosphere full of cool/hip items. The sales personnel were wonderful and equally relaxing/hip...LOL.

Beautiful and elegant high quality brand in all the products. You are for sure to experience the most unique shopping adventure, not only to be part of a picturesque village were one can enjoy all scenery of this magnificent and enchanted place, but can also acquire a beautiful addition to their wardrobe to enjoy for years to come. I had recently bought the most beautiful little black dress and received soo many compliments !!! I know for sure that i will be going back, and my shopping experience was enhanced by Lori, she has so much knowledge about everything . Love the Village Boutique! The clothing lines are awesome, prices are reasonable and the sales staff are fun and honest. If you don't look good in something they are not going to tell you that you do. Love that!
