“Doesn’t really seem to be advertised from the street I suggest you follow your navigation closely. Not sure what the story is with parking. I parked on the side of the street in front of someones home not sure if that’s except-able but I was quick. “First of all, I need to explain the 5 stars because there is no doubt that this location has had, and still has; the same condescending, hating-life, inconsiderate, person employed at the Lathrup Village Post Office.Why the 5 stars then? Due to the new bright light named Jasmyne. She's professional, kind, quick and patient. She doesn't raise her voice, she doesn't treat customers like they aren't worth her time. She's a pleasant woman who does her job well. Say "Hi" to Jasmyne with a smile. She deserves your best you!”

“Been there 2 times to get my package and everyone has been nice and polite even late in the day. The manager told me my package would be delivered to me today at the address on the package. I waited until well after post office hours and couldn't believe it when the manager himself knocked on my door to deliver the package. Extremely grateful to the staff and the manager Eric.”
“This cute little post office respectfully answered all the questions of the customer in front of me & I had very fast service myself. I had no issue being seen or with the business hours (I showed up at my lunch break at 11:50). I was in & out in 10 minutes.”

“This is the best post office I’ve dealt with in a while! I had to go to three different post offices today because they were out of flat rate boxes and didn’t tell me to that I could buy any box and place the priority express label. Another place (goin postal) told me that there’s no guarantee that my package will get to the destination by Monday. A very very nice man of (I think) Indian decent helped me and he was very helpful. I was very stressed out after running around all morning already and he never got frustrated with me. Thank you so much for your help! Both of the postal workers there were very helpful and pleasant!”

“Our company had a skeleton crew on 12/31/21 and I called the PO to let them know that the mailman would have to come through a different gate. She called him while we were on the phone and he said he would meet me out front in 2 min and there he was. What a great example of customer service!”

“So the road commission blew out my mailbox plowing the roads on 12/10 and our mail did not get delivered. We had very important medication for our son in the delivery. The next day it again did not deliver. We went to the annex and the help we received was fantastic. We had our mail in 2 minutes. Thank you so much to whoever was working 12/12 Friday afternoon.”
