I love the fact that Scrubbers sends out multiple reminders leading up to the appointment as well as sends an automative text message when the service is complete! Really happy to have found a groomer we love and looking forward to our future grooms here at Scrubbers!”

“My partner and I disagree on how we wants our dogs hair cut. I like it shorter and she likes it longer. Brooke, the very sweet person who groomed our dog, was amazing. She listened to the situation and was able to come up with a hair cut that worked for both of us and he turned out amazing. He's adorable with long scraggly hair but there is nothing like an amazingly blended/trimmed up hair cut to make a dog feel like a prince. Thanks again Brooke! You crushed it!”

“In my opinion this is the greatest pet store in the area. The staff here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My husky pup, Nymeria, loses her mind with excitement when I ask if she wants to go see Michelle, a managers at the Troy location. She and the other staff are worth their weight in gold. All of the staff members seem to love their jobs here and that makes for a great environment. If you need help there is always someone happy to help. If you would rather browse or shop alone they are happy to give you space.I have used the bath tubs that they have in the store to wash our pups in and it is a must if ever they are in need. They provide all of the products needed for a sparkling pooch and varieties of soaps, conditioners and more.The store has great high quality products. It is nicely organized, clean, and inviting. I cannot say enough good things about this store and this company. The other major bonus, in my opinion, is that the company is owned by local families. Local does not mean that you will sacrifice anything that bigger stores have to offer. I find it to be quite the opposite.”

She not only made me feel welcome but was quick to address any questions I had. It was my first time in this particular Tractor Supply, and I'm from Arizona where we also have these businesses. “Great selection of healthy dog snacks. The pricing is very reasonable and affordable. They occasionally give little samples of treats when you purchase treats. My cat's favorite treat from there are the apple chicken bacon chips. One bag of them includes A LOT of chips that last a long time for one cat.”
