Not successful - picked up most of items 90 days later and didn't receive payment for items that did sell.

This shop has so many amazing things packed into a modest space! I was impressed by the designer selection and the ladies there were super friendly. I'll stop in anytime I'm in the area.

Went into this little shop today to look for handbag. I was greeted by the sweetest sales staff! They were all extremely friendly and helpful. All of the other patrons in the store seemed so excited to be there and you could tell they were having fun! Great items! What a little gem! I will definitely be back!

Small shop. Kinda aunty attic-ish.Selection was Meh.Prices were High.Ladies working were nice.I think that resale shops fail to realize that they have BIG competition. The goal should be to get rid of the merch instead of trying to receive top dollar for used goods. It’s like do you want to make money or simply house a bunch of used items? I get it but it’s 2022, anywho, good luck with your business.

Interesting place and was highly recommended. So, first of all, staff. All older ladies, not necessarily a bad thing but one gal has a definite attitude issue. As a previous, successful retail business owner she would not be someone I would want as the face of my business. I decided to consign some of my high-end clothing/purses and give it a try. Well my items sold pretty quickly and regularly but lessons to be learned and pass along. This store takes 60% of profits! That's a lot!! The owner decides the price to list items and I have disagreed with her pricing a few times and when she changed it .... Items sold. Also, all of a sudden items disappear from inventory under the 'guise of "donated". Hmmmm Here's my advice and what I've learned. I took the rest of my "designer" handbags sent them to a successful, trusted online business and they sold every single one and only took 20-25% of selling price! They took photos/videos (their efforts) and posted them. SUCCESS!! Never would I give up 60% to Deja Vu again. I guess if you don't care about how much you get for your items and it's convenient go use Deja Vu. But! I am not trying to make a living off selling my used designer items but do believe in a fair playing field. And, if they tell you 60% is to cover her costs....tell her to "refresh" her staff, attitudes and clean up the store itself. My experience, lesson learned and take your time as there are better places to consign and sell your pre-loved items!
