Byram Healthcare Center not only save me money, but provided great service. I was told that my insurance may cover a breast pump. After reaching out to insurance, Byram was one of the three recommended vendors. After a little trouble with the first vendor. I went to Byram website and the process was FREE, FAST and EASY!There are a lot of things when having a baby and receiving a FREE breast pump was such a relief and positive experience. Thank you!

They are efficient, timely, quick and easy to go through with any health insurance. I’m glad Kaiser contracts with them for breast pumps. Submitting the documents and information was easy and fast. Delivery was way faster than I expected when they sent notification of shipment.

My wife's nurse did almost all of the legwork for us. It was pretty amazing.On top of that, this new pump is amazing. We have had no troubles producing, cleaning, assembling, operating or otherwise. I would recommend the hands free style to anyone and everyone in today's day and age as it allows for a lot more freedom with a newborn baby then before. The freemee is pretty awesome too cuz she can adjust suction and draw timing. Never seen that before. I'm so far ahead we have 4 days worth in the freezer. With our last child that was DEFINITELY not the case. And let's face it, formula is REALLY EXPENSIVE!

If you can get your diabetes supplies from any other company , please do so. Customer service is terrible, wait times are awful. If you need the supplies this is not the company to use.

Been on hold for 17 minutes after being disconnected after being on hold for more than 20 minutes. Supplies Eli glue for shipment 8/9. Ordered 8/5 when I had only 10 days of supplies left per Byram requirement. Sent new dr info for all new scrips in July so there would be no delay with pre authorization (change from peds to adult endo). Received message 8/11 that they need to get authorization from dr now which they will hopefully get in 48 hours. In the meantime I’m going to run out of supplies. And while typing this I just got disconnected again!!!!!!

Ordering supplies from Byram has been an absolute headache and a disaster ever since I underwent my surgery. Antiquated online ordering portal, incompetent and useless customer service and expensive products. If you have an alternative to purchase your supplies/healthcare products from another service provider do so and save your self from the endless frustration of having to work with this supplier. ZERO STARS!!
