Great little shop downtown. Bought a pair of insulated glasses. My wife bought dress but ended up returning it and the process was seamless and the store owner was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this store and wish it was open year round. Always a beautiful offering of higher end clothing for women. Very appreciative of her design selections to offer each season. It is the one place I look forward to going when I visit Frankfort.

In the window was a gorgeous dress that stopped my group. I went in, grabbed it, and asked if I could step into a fitting room to try it on. The woman frowns at me and says, "only if you aren't trying it on for fun." I was a bit taken aback but tried the dress on anyways. It was gorgeous, but the saleswoman was so rude that I decided to buy it online. Certainly won't be going back here since clearly you are only treated well if you look older and wealthy. I've worked many a retail job and am absolutely shocked.

NOT ADA FRIENDLY. I have been visiting this store for several years have have spent hundreds of dollars here. Each time the owner has been hesitant with me as I am a member of the disabled community and have a service dog. Last year she said she would do "research" about what she's required to allow in terms of ADA compliant service dogs. She clearly hasn't. Today she asked that I "show her paperwork" to enter the store with my service dog and I explained that is not required by law. She again said she "needed to research" what her right are as an owner. Sorry, no longer willing to spend my resources here when you're unwilling to use your resources and do your homework.

Love this store, the owner is engaging when I needed an opinion, and the clothes she has in her shop are unique, good quality and fun! I have had a great experience and fun finds each time I have visited. Highly recommend Shelter.

Love this place in the summer of 2018. Inspired my Minecraft world had a great summer here in Frankfurt I just love the place I mean who wouldn't. everyone should give shelter 336 five star reviews.

My sister-in-law was not allowed to shop in this store because she is disabled. She was required to stay on a small rug by the door because the owner was worried that Ginny's walker would mess up her floor. She informed us that she paid a lot of money for the floor. She nearly barred two other ladies from shopping in her store because they had strollers.

Great little Ladies Boutique! Great clothing & priced good. I was there the 1st/2nd. Day she was open this year(May2019). Owner was super nice and Not Pushy. Great place to visit/shop.
