Mom called The Pines home. The staff is caring and treated Mom like family rather than a resident. Pam, Sheryl, and the rest of staff always showed concern and understanding. She had no worries. Medical, household tasks, ADLs, appointments and all of the rest of life's challenges were taken care of. Mom was safe and very happy. Everything was taken care of for her. She truly loved each and everyone of the staff. Thank you all for taking such good care of her .

We have been very pleased with the care that my mother has received over the past year. The owners are easy to contact and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The caregivers are kind, thoughtful, and very responsive to medical and prescription changes or concerns. The residence is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

My Mom moved into the Frankfort Pines in September of 2019. This "home away from home" Assisted Living Facility is a sparkling clean place with comfy individual rooms, a big open floor plan for the dining area, and a recreation area where they play bingo, do puzzles and gather to visit. The staff at the Pines are a group of hardworking, compassionate people that made sure my Mom was well cared for, not only in the day to day care but her emotional care as well. The owners of the Pines, Steve and Pam, are two very special human beings that care for each and every resident. I will never forget the tender care you gave my Mom during her last week of her life. My family and I were so touched by your gentleness, kindness and concern. It is special work that all of you do, taking care of the elders of our community when it gets to a time when they themselves and their family can no longer do so. I will be forever grateful to all of you because I knew my Mom was safe and well cared for. What a blessing.

Owners are NOT to be trusted! Do NOT put someone you love in this place! I witnessed them absolutely destroy my elderly mothers spirit when they literally ordered her out after I, her caretaker, DARED to question the increased rent on her contract renewal. While there she suffered a fall that caused bleeding into her brain and a hospital stay and then, a few months later, she was left without her call button and fell trying to retrieve it breaking her hip and pelvis. NEITHER incident was reported to the State in this “licensed” home. If it’s YOUR loved one, look elsewhere!
