Terrible service, said they were doing 2 hours a day of therapy, and barley spent 20 minutes, send people home even when they are not ready

My Mother-in Law was at this facility for hospice care and my family was very pleased with the care she received and how we were treated. They were very helpful and easy to work with in our time of need.

From Wellspring Lutheran Services Frankenmuth Campus
This location provides long-term skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation and respite care. Much has changed since our Frankenmuth Campus opened in 1969, but our commitment to quality care remains. So much so that we have a patient liaison role to support and advocate for our patients and their families. The liaison is with each person when they arrive, and continues to build a relationship with them and their families during their stay, alleviating concerns and anxieties for family members and residents.
