The employees were about as friendly as sticking your hand on a cactus. It was raining out and they seemed annoyed that anyone came in wet. They weren't anymore friendly when I bought something. I have not previously experienced this at other Tervis stores in tourist areas.

It was ok, we were there early so I don't think the staff was up to speed yet. There was nothing special in the store. Prices were at full retail. We passed on buying anything here.

Tervis is the absolute worst company i have ever ordered from first the cups don't come the they come when i no longer and they charge me the customer 50 to return them horrible just horrible customer service

First walked right into the store, and both employees were standing right when you walked in which was interesting but wasn’t asked if there was something specific we were looking for just said “hello”.After that…. Very disappointed in this store over the years. I went into the store over the weekend and walked around for maybe a minute. There was absolutely hardly any inventory. I wanted a “new mom” mug, and the lady responded with “everything is online now”. I remember when this store had rows and rows of displays and now there’s maybe 6-8?! ?Very sad.
