I would never recommend buying or selling if Jonny Mydock is involved! We attempted to buy a house where he was the selling realtor. First, he told us there were 2 pending offers in order to increase our bid. Later, he couldn’t provide proof that there were even any offers. After less than a week working with the seller and Jonny, we realized how grimy they were and we didn’t feel comfortable buying a house from them, so we backed out. The seller kept our EMD and he couldn’t sell the house until he gave us our money back.
After being hassled and pressured by Jonny, we reluctantly agreed to only getting half of our money back.... the very next day, the house was pending!
So Jonny had a pending offer lined up (which meant we should’ve gotten our full EMD) but tricked us into only receiving half!
He also spoke VERY unprofessionally to my father.
My husband is a disabled veteran and we have a one year old. We needed that money and Jonny helped rip us off.
I wouldn’t go anywhere near a house that has Jonny’s name on it!
