Theres no way to talk to someone until you get called back. I also had an issue with how slow they were and wait times. Maybe they are short staffed but they should adjust the check in process accordingly. I would not come back to this location.

Staff at the office was great! Whatever courier service they use is terrible though. Two separate samples were mishandled and were unable to be tested. I would avoid using them.

This is the best Quest location I've ever been to. Although the wait times may vary depending on the time of day, the service and compassionate care you receive remains consistent. The workers here are pleasant, highly qualified, and exceptionally professional; they make getting your blood drawn a quick and painless experience.

You're ways of being contacted suck. I've been calling for weeks with no answer. Change you're lying system. You say press 6 to speak with someone but instead of talking to an actual person we ge yet another automated voice yelling ne to go online. Fix you BROKEN system
