Horrible bank . Our situation is the worst of them all and let’s just say I’m glad I’m not those women’s husbands cause WOW! Very awful and have no idea what they are doing! They have literally no clue and had to look answers up for everything ! Get some training folks I worked for a bank this is unacceptable! Ruined our tax check we waited 6 months to get! Awful bank!

The bank manager was very disrespectful to my family, in fact, I would call her behavior appalling. I regret that we have to deal with this institution and hope they take an opportunity to improve their customer service.

I've been to many PNC banks and most are good, but this one is absolutely amazing. (Which is awesome because this is our home bank!) We use banking services quite a bit and they go the extra mile for us every time. They get to know their clients on a personal level and I'm amazed how many people they can call by name. All the staff here are genuinely happy and interested in helping you any way they can. Super impressive and highly, highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

The tellers seem like they are dumber than a box of rocks. Cant figure out how to do a simple deposit. They try to blame their mistakes on you. Wouldn't bank here if it was the last bank on earth.

Fantastic customer service! Mark was kind enough to bring a form up to my workplace for me to sign, knowing that I would not be able to make it in the same day. Definitely the only bank I will ever use!
