This has been my "go to" gas station for a few years, there was a very nice man who usually worked there, him and other staff always courteous and friendly ! Then today I came across a younger female whose name starts with an "S", and I had the bad manners to approach her counter with money and a lottery bet slip in my hands while she was texting on her phone. I thought I was being considerate by not just blurting out what I needed, giving her time to finish, but this must have confused her because she asked if I needed anything. When I told her I wanted to buy gas and a lottery ticket she put down her phone, sighed loudly and and asked in a loud, annoyed voice how much gas and how many tickets. I asked for $30 on pump 3 and handed her the bet slip. I must have really annoyed her with my interruption during her work shift because then she asked me sarcastically "do you want to play the lottery or pay for the lottery" as she was processing the ticket. I thought it best not to answer her. I've never seen her before, don't know her, and maybe she was just having a bad day, but that behavior was just ridiculous. I'm sure the station has video cameras, hopefully with audio as well, please review at approximately 2:20 on July 31. Please contact me if i misspoke or misbehaved in some way and I will gladly apologize to her. Until then I will make purchases from other gas stations whose employees hopefully won't get upset when customers help support their job security.

They are very nice here! I was uneasy at first but then I didn't feel uncomfortable anymore once they seem to show interest in me as a customer. Definitely would come back to the gas station.???

This review is for the brushless automatic car wash which is terrible. The under carriage sprayers which are suppose to wash the underside of a vehicle have been broken for years and Conlee won't repair it for some unknown reason. Conlee has two choices, either they should lower the cost of a car was because the equipment is poorly maintained OR repair the equipment. The indicator light panel inside the car wash has burned out lights and the sprayers don't work very well. A person may want to go to a different car wash. The gas station is OK, but the gas prices generally in Frankenmuth is higher than other communities.

I was surprised that the prices weren't hiked up being in the tourist area and it is spacious lot easy in and out to streets. Friendly and pleasant staff
