I love the fact that I can order what I want online and pick it up at the store. It saves me from showing up only to find that either they don't carry the item or they just sold the last one. Or, worse yet, having to wander through the store trying to find things. Their online system is a big time saver.

Bought a toilet seat that was the wrong size and lost my receipt, they were able to exchange it for me anyways. Friendly and fast, happy to go here again. ?
