The things we did on our vacation were amazing we book them on our own, but having the entire group all over the hotel as well as the plane was not very fun. We had 11 people in our group scattered all over. The hotel staff said it wasn't booked correctly by the travel agency in a block it was done signally. We will not use this travel service again. Thank you

During Christmas 2023, our family of 12 travelled to an all inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic. Lisa Fisher-Girardin was previously given our travel dates, requests/preferences and asked to provide all travel arrangements, accommodations and recommendations for the trip. Lisa was immediately up to task and quickly narrowed down options and provided them to the family. Throughout the process, Lisa was extremely responsive to additional requests and successfully found several excursions which we booked and had an excellent experience. We feel so fortunate to have connected with Lisa who made what kind of been a stressful, planning time to a very smooth, efficient, and extremely satisfying, travel experience. We will definitely contact Lisa for our future travel excursions!

To all of those who want to travel: We highly recommend Frankenmuth Travel, with travel agent Kelly Arnott. She has been working so hard with our family to make it possible to finally take our trip to Iceland. We have gotten to know Kelly throughout the two years it has taken us to complete this trip (COVID-19 related), and she has been a comfort to all of us reassuring us that this will happen. She helped us plan our Iceland trip in great detail and when we finally landed the plain, it was the perfect layout. All week we just were so thankful that Kelly helped us make our trip amazing. I am looking forward to working with Kelly in our future travels and you will too.

Booked a 10-day Michigan cross-state adventure. John did a great job mapping out the entire thing and worked with us during the trip. We had an incident with our rental car...not only did he find another appropriate car (during an historic shortage), but he got us a refund of the difference!!!If you're going to Michigan, use Frankenmuth Travel Service.

Our family of five just returned from a hiking trip to the Nevada-Arizona-Utah region. Frankenmuth Travel reserved our flights, places to stay and rental car and created an itinerary that allowed us to make the most of each day. We are so grateful for the time they spent to make our adventure an extraordinary experience.

Rip you off taking money lie to you make your trip horrible change your flight times and ask for more money and then tell you that they say it's political call them up tried to get it fixed they didn't want to hear it and just kept hanging up the phone this business does nothing but rip you off

My wife and I booked our honeymoon through these folks. We told them what sort of trip we wanted, what our interests are, etc. They selected a wonderful resort for us and we had an absolutely amazing honeymoon. The service was excellent and we had zero problems on our trip. I would never travel international without using their services.

I would have liked to give a good rating, however in the end their customer service is not good and didn't deserve anything higher than 1. I booked my honeymoon through Superior at the Frankenmuth location and thought everything was great. Long story short, they spelled my name wrong on the boarding passes and booked a horrible resort for our honeymoon. We switched resorts, wasted a day, had to pay out of pocket for the taxi to the new resort (after being told by our agent that we would be reimbursed when we got home) and all we received was a measly credit voucher (which was from Delta) for a future trip. The travel agent and the supervisor admitted they had guilt and sympathy but wouldn't try to resolve the problem. Very disappointing and will not go through Superior again.
