My family of 4 adults walked in for the gnome hunt and felt very unwelcome. The employee at the register didn't just watch everyone; she glared. There are too many signs telling shoppers what they cannot do: no photos or videos, no sitting, no writing on your paper against pop machine (then why hide the gnome on top of it?) We will not be back.

Very nice store with cool things but there were so many signs saying no photos allowed, do not sit, no loitering. Feels unwelcoming. Most stores allow photos and it creates memories. I guess they don't want me to show my friends and family our memories and things in their store.Edit: owner responded back and it does make more sense. I just felt unwelcome with the over abundance of signs. I'm a photo guy so I enjoy taking photos of things I like and places I go. I get protecting the vendors from people who want to steal their ideas.Changed from 2 star to 4 star.

Great store, lots of very cool and unique products. Renee help us and was very helpful, she definitely made me give this store a 5 star rating. I wish that there was a Renee at every store in Frankenmuth, smiling, friendly and definitely goes out of her way to help. Thank you for the excellent shopping experience.

I had never been to Frankenmuth before and I saw this little shop on the local news and said it was a place I had to visit. I myself cut scenes in old handsaws. So I contacted the shop and the owner and myself set up a date for me to bring in a few items. When I walked in the door I was amazed with all the beautiful creations Michigan artists have in there. I met the owner and we talked a good hour or so and she was a very friendly young lady as we talked her husband came in and he was also a very nice young man. Needless to say I left my saws and a couple other items in her care and came home and told all my family and friends on Facebook it is the first place they need to stop if they get into Frankenmuth. Thank you for the great experience.

Brie the mangier is unprofessional and careless with the product I put in this shop. Brie put my product in a back room ares where on a good day maybe 3% of the customers might see. Even the sale person that worked there said " I did not even know it was back here". I would not had a chance in sell my brooms. Also in this back area is a unlocked door to a back parking lot and can not be seen by the front counter. Any one could have shoplifted the broom right out the unlocked back door.

Chelsea is the sweetest! I called to inquire about a couple items and to verify they were in stock as I live a decent distance away. She was incredibly patient and helpful while answering all my questions. Thank you for the amazing experience and I cannot wait to come back!
