I have been coming here for ages. I remember even buying a cute animal hat for my child when she was a baby many moons ago. Today we stopped in because my child wanted a specific hat that they carry and I found some really fun Ugg sparkly water-proof boots that were so adorable they needed me to take them home. And, bonus, everything was on sale for the new year! I was sold on both items. I like their shoe selection and they have really cute sweaters and jewelry. The people working here were very kind and accommodating, eager to be helpful. We typically stop by to browse every time we are in town.

Abby’s of Frankenmuth is a wonderful store with excellent customer service. I’m very appreciative of the care and attention they gave me when it came to resolving an issue with a broken necklace, I do not live locally and they processed the return via mail. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

I came into your store on vacation with my husband and he wanted to buy me a necklace for our 40th anniversary. When I walked in a young blonde with very long hair in a pony was at the register area and I was not greeted. Then we walked to the jewelry counter and a white haired older woman finally greeted me but didn't seem to want to wait on me. She had a rude demeanor and she was busy talking to a short mexican woman who was putting clothes in the window. My daughter told me to make sure to stop at this store but after doing so and seeing how high the prices are and the poor customer service I was disappointed. I never bought a necklace. We ended up leaving. I won't be back and neither will my family.

Thank you Abby’s. What incredible customer service. I honestly (honestly) never leave reviews.We lost 2 family members in less than 1 month. Those family members were at Frankenmuth together days prior. We went after my grandmother’s funeral, as we did every year, every weekend after Thanksgiving growing up.Way back when the arcade was EPIC!!! The (school) mall had Old-Timey Photos…Needless to say it was a special day with my family. My mom bought my daughter some Corky’s she picked out for her chorus performances back home on the Outer Banks, NC.Couple weeks pass, my daughter has her performance. Put on two left shoes. Came running out asking if the shoe(s) looked funny or were they misshapen…Called Abby’s. Spoke to Stephanie, Denise, and Maddie and coordinated shipping the shoes back to Mich, get my girl her right shoe, ship them back to us and then REFUND my shipping cost!!Expedited so smoothly and efficiently. It means so much to know there are stores like this still out there. With so much ‘not my problems’ ‘not my job’ mentalities in hospitality and retail…this made me feel so good. My daughter is so happy. Can’t wait to get her shoes back. Ready for her next performance this month.The gist is, the losses in our family hit us hard. And it’s the last thing I wanted to try to deal with from another state. This was just an act of kindness and randomness that I don’t see too often. We appreciate their help.We’ll always come back and as simple as it may seem, remember this special story attached to our special visit. Big UPS to Abby’s.

I came to to Abby’s to get the Joules rain coat I was eyeballing a few weeks ago and they didn’t have my size. What a bummer! I was told that Joules is going to stop shipping to the USA next year so they will not be carrying that brand any longer. The clothing is nice, but expensive. It seems the pricing is commensurate with the tourist town of Frankenmuth .

This place is awesome!!! I love there shoes, purses and clothing. I called Abby's to see if they still had my sandals I was wanting the week before, these ladies ROCKED, I lost connection they called me back they put them back till I got there way over and beyond!!Just love this store, it's right on main street in Frankenmuth,come and check them out and shop the other stores in Frankenmuth as well. It's a great place !!
