I’ve been going through this company for about 6 months. I recently noticed they’ve been charging me twice a month. They deny it even though I had proof. Lawsuit will be pending. Don’t go through this place.

I absolutely appreciate this state farm agency and and the staff! Jake is my insurance agent and he is extremely professional, kind and answered all my questions. He got me my proof of insurance with in minutes of making my payment. They offer great rates and not just car insurance but I even have 24 hour road side assistance and I have plpd. They go above and beyond for you. They offer renters insurance, home owners insurance, car insurance multi car insurance and you can get some great discounts for a lot of things here! If you need fast friendly amazing service call here and they'll help you out! They even have safe drive device you can get and it saves you money the safer you drive. Thank you Jake for everything!

This place used to be great. I have a renters policy and atv policy through here. I tried to get my dad hooked up with them and they ran his atv policy through at triple the rate of their competitor with less coverage. Now it has been 15 days since he cancelled the policy and I am still getting emails and phone calls asking for insurance payments for a machine that they no longer insure. Before all of this I couldn’t recommend this place enough, now I am hesitant to stay with State Farm.

I've been with them for a while now and they've been great beside they aren't very helpful when it come to claims normally an agency would help with calls to make sure claims is staying on it but they literally told me they couldn't do a thing when my roommate for another office was able to get me the help and calls back I needed I'll be transferring to the wixom branch.

We switch to State Farm from Progressive - let me tell you that was one of the best choices we've made! This office is GREAT! I recently did have to make a claim for a deer hit that caused major damage to our truck. State Farm made this the easiest process ever. Any questions I even had the girls always had answers to help! Highly recommend State Farm through this agency!
