I would stear clear of buying a used vehicle here. Wasted lots of money and time to find out the crankshaft is bad in a newer used truck....also they told me to kick rocks as well

Service Department has gone downhill very fast, avoid at all costs! A comedy of simply avoidable errors in my recent visit such as not ordering correct parts and not reading the work order caused me to have to bring my vehicle back 4 separate times, leaving me without a vehicle and renting a car, not including gas money to the tune of $500 BEFORE the cost of the service.
When given an opportunity to partially make it right and acknowledge their errors, the service manager claimed “we did nothing wrong” clearly not caring about the hardship or cost of their multiple errors.
This used to be a decent place to take your vehicle, no more, the service manager does not care one bit about his customers and thinks he is doing you a favor by taking your money. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership.

Absolutely terrible. Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to pay to fix their mistakes even for a recall- they will make it worse! Seth and Butch lie beyond belief. Brought in for a clutch recall, they mixed my jeep up with someone elses who needed transmission work (know this because her information was on my paperwork- i got ahold of her and she also experienced issues- took her jeep in for transmission issues they claimed they fix and hers also broke down two weeks later), got it back and my clutch went out and started having transmission. Issues within 2 weeks of being there. Trying to charge me to replace the exact same things they said they replaced the first time. Had to get Stellantis involved. They should be fired. Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to pay to fix their mistakes. The manager Jud is also terrible to allow these things to continuously happen.

Bought a truck from them, I'm an out of state customer. Agreed on price over the phone and was promised the travel cost will we discounted from vehicle's price. Made the 4 hour trip and bought the truck and they refused to keep on their promise to discount for travel expenses.

Worst experience ever. I set an appointment up in advance on a Thursday for Monday at 10am. They took my vehicle in and said it would be about a 4-5 hour wait and they took me home since I didn’t expect an a/c recharge to take so long. I called at 4pm and they said they still haven’t had a chance to look at it and they’ll look at it the following day. So I told them I would be heading up there to pick it up and go somewhere else. Got there at 415 and it took him 20 minutes to find my van. Told me when they got off the phone with me they had someone free to look at it. They said my vehicle does not get an a/c recharge and there was a leak in the condenser and it will cost $1460 to fix. So I ended up paying $160 for a diagnostic check when they could have told me from the very start that my van doesn’t have access for an a/c recharge and theres most likely a leak somewhere and give me the option at that point whether or not to have it checked by them or go somewhere else and waste my time and money. Very disappointed with their service department

They had my jeep for a month and a half. I triple checked with the “Service Department Manager” that my jeep has been 100% looked over and is good to go and he assured me it was. After having it not even for 24 hours, the light came on and it went back into limp mode. I then took it in and got told “it was the wiring harness the warranty company wouldn’t cover before”.
But I was told it was all inspected and good to go? But it needed a wiring harness and I wasn’t informed??
They then tried to charge me $293 dollars. I asked for a itemized list of what I’m paying for and after 20 minutes of them trying to even FIND OUT WHAT I WAS GETTING CHARGED FOR, they ended up just having me pay $100 for my deductible. I also left with a crack in my front fender and asked if I could get it written in a statement from the technician that worked on my jeep that it was there previously and told they can’t provide it. So it was swiped in the parking lot/ damaged during repairs. Zero accountability.
Such a disappointing experience. I’m not one to bash a business, but no one deserves that bull.

Beware.. bought used car told it would be serviced on Saturday when I bought it. Change oil light came on next day. Told they didn't reset the meter. No tech in on Saturday so was not done arrived Monday to fix recall and found out never done air filter was bad. Seth was great but I was lied to by salesman and manager. The salesman and manager knew no techs work on Saturday but told me my car was serviced. I will never be back.

Absolutely ridiculous...I hit a Deer back in January and took it here for repairs. I was told they had to order parts. Called in February told still waiting on parts. Called a week ago and was told parts were never ordered....So 4 Mos with a damaged truck. Should of took it to Nelson's like I did before when I hit a Deer had it back in 5 days...what a joke.

Was serviced for ABS warning light.The service time was fairly prompt, BUT when I picked up the truck they failed to reinstall one of the inner fender fasteners,missing screw in splash shield, and zip tie that holds electrical harness in place, Also brakes are spongy.909.00 dollars for that!
Set up a appointment 4 days later to have issues repaired properly.
Then waited a day and a half for them to tell me they were not going to do anything about the brake issue, They replaced the missing screw and zip tie.

Do not recommend! My boyfriend bought a truck from here and it was a leased vehicle with very low miles. The truck was not detailed when we received it and did not have floor mats, which we were told they would clean it and also look for the mats and if they couldn’t find them they would order some. We never heard back from them and they never responded to our calls, so my boyfriend just went and bought some himself.
After only a month of owning the truck it already started making noises. It was under warranty and so he tried making an appointment to get it serviced but once again, it was impossible to get anyone to call back.
He finally got through to someone and brought it in. They had it for 3 days before telling him their mechanic was gone for the week and he would have to bring it in the next week. So he brings it back the next week and they have it for a couple days with no updates from them. Long story short they had it for 2 weeks and were completely unresponsive unless we called for an update. He finally got a text that it was done (1 full week after they said it would he done) and on the way home the check engine light came on! We had to take it back AGAIN to have them look at it.
Needless to say we will never buy a vehicle from this business again and definitely won’t be using their service department!
