Their best wash was 21$. Very disappointed in it, left white spots all over my truck. Got the dirt off but spent another $10 re-washing my truck to get the spots off it. Not impressed at all.

Signed up for unlimited $30/mth. They doubled my monthly rate without authorization or notification. At the least, this is poor business, but I'm thinking it is also highly illegal. Will be going elsewhere.

The facility is nice. There's a nice soft cloth wash available, as well as a few coin wash/spray booths. The card readers in the coin wash side don't ever read my card. Hence the 4 stars

Signed up for $39.95 lifetime, unlimited. I noticed they double charged my card $79.95 per month. No authorization from me! That's not what I signed up for! Will be canceling this.

Open pretty much everyday, they employ good people that work hard. If you pay per month you can get a wash everyday! Can't beat that.

Had 3 cars on the “unlimited car wash” memberships. The membership were sold as “unlimited for life” but we were told yesterday they they were doubling the cost of all the cars because we use the car wash too much!! What?? Then without authorization of the higher amount they charged our card. Promptly signed up at Jax in Howell where you can go through 2 times a day and the vacuums are free for memberships. Really bad business practice and illegal to do what they did.

Paid $15 for the Best Works wash, the rinse cycle went around my truck once and now I’m left with dried soap, dirt, & salt. Yikes.

A couple weeks ago I purchased a 12$ wash. My car didn’t get very clean. I called and left multiple voicemails with no response. I don’t live on a dirt road. There wasn’t any excessive mud on my car. I believe a $12 car wash should clean my car in that case. I like to use this car wash because it is convenient but I was unhappy with not getting a call back to resolve the problem.

Lost rear wiper and Rear Hatch BMW emblem. Not a good car wash. Attendants did not help. I will follow up with national site. Never again.

I've been to this car wash many times and have never had this happen. I disn't notice it until the next day because I went home and started making Thanksgiving dinner. Friday morning when I went to leave I looked at this side of my van and there were dirt stripes all the way from my front tires to the back of my van. The back hatch was also not clean. I spent $12 on that wash and it's horrible. I won't be returning there in the future. I would post pictures if I could.
