Called Tuffys after 3 other shops could not or would not help me. I was dealing with an oxygen sensor problem and needed my vehicle fixed asap.. The Techs at Tuffys were professional, knowledgeable and above all courteous, especially being in a woman. My O2 issue was resolved and at a excellent price.
Highly recommend this place for your auto repair needs..

Terribly unprofessional. I tried making an appointment once and it was a cluster bomb. I came back another day first thing in the morning and I find one employee with a long ponytail on his phone texting the whole time. I was trying to get an appointment.
The other gentleman who was supposed to be working on a car was lounging on the car the whole time I was there I was watching them diddle fart around .
No wonder why to change your oil and rotate your tires .

Absolutely fantastic service. Jordan and his crew are incredibly friendly, and informative. I have never been to a shop where they actually take me under the car and help me understand the issues they are talking about. Best auto experience I've had.

I have taken multiple vehicles to tuffy. They're respectful, knowledgeable, and are quick to get to my vehicles. Only one time. Did they not be able to get a part that I needed although O'Reilly's had it in stock. I'm not sure why they couldn't get it from there but they wouldn't work on my vehicle because they couldn't get the part. Nor would they allow me to ring the part in. Not too happy with that but otherwise they have been a great place to work with.

Honest and Authentic Service at Tuffy.
I recently went to Tuffy Brakes & Auto because my car’s muffler was making a noise, and I wanted to get it checked out. Jordan and Shane were incredibly helpful. After a thorough inspection, they told me it was just a loose bolt of heat plate, nothing serious, and they fixed it right away without charging me a penny!
Their honesty and transparency really stood out. It’s rare to find such genuine and authentic service in the auto industry. Jordan and Shane made sure I understood the issue and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs.
