Tried to return some bolts and the young green haired lady was less than professional. I did not have a receipt with me, but that has never been an issue until now. The cherry on top was the lady saying I had an attitude when I asked why the receipt was an issue when all I wanted was an in store exchange. It seems like the staff is very easily thrown off their game and unable to handle basic customer service Interactions.
Also multiple employees with facial piercings, unnatural hair colors, and poor attitudes. Is this the image that TSC wants?

I went in for tire chains for my JD garden tractor on 11/16. My size was not in stock but the woman in that department very quickly got me my size ordered, direct shipped to my house, for $80. Lowe's ordered me the wrong size for $147 and I had to pick them up. I can't say enough about how friendy and helpful everyone is at the Ft. Gratiot TSC.

This is the 2nd night in a row I’ve come here to get propane to find out they closed it down early due to the manager wants to go home early! Last night I came in at 7:45pm & was told the propane tank shuts down at 7:30! I specifically asked the girl twice to make sure! When I arrived today at 7:15 propane is closed early due to manager Stacey wants to go home early!! Bad customer service! Customers drive from a distance [myself it’s a hour & half round trip to frequent this establishment that doesn’t know what time they are closing from day to day!! Lost a regular good spending customer

Sometimes there's a cashier at the register. Sometimes you have to wait. Sometimes I just leave the stuff on the counter & walk out because I get tired of waiting for someone to show up.While customer service is a little better than Marysville, there is room for improvement.Online items are mis-marked sometimes... beware.
