Hang yourself before pumping your tire up here. Lost 6 psi for $1.75!

Visitor in town, always use Shell gas whenever possible. The pump took my rewards number fine, and the credit card, then starting beeping and wouldn't let me fuel. Went inside where they told me I'd have to tell them how much gas I wanted. This place needs new up to date pumps. The touch and pay didn't work either. Avoid this place.

Was in there about an hour ago and bought a monster with a lid, I was half way to work when I went to open it and realized it was taped shut because it was already open. It's always something at this place

Accidentally used my expired card at the pump upon which it said,” See cashier”. I went inside to see if cashier needed to clear the pump upon which I explained the situation. She said,” What number are you?” which I didn’t know. She said she didn’t know the pump number but I had pointed my vehicle out to her. With the nastiest and biggest attitude ever she replied,” Nothing is registered on that pump and that is pump#4 for future reference”. I have been a cardholder here since 1999 and if I didn’t like the convenience of the location and using my card I would avoid this gas station completely and further spread the word about her customer service..absolutely unacceptable!!!!

-10 is my true rating. I WILL NEVER go into this place again. They want $2.59 for a frozen drink. Last week it was $1.90. The cashier, blond girl, got an attitude when I ask why the huge increase. She called the cops on me because I had to go to my car to count change.(I had left the drink in the store while I went to count) Needless to say, I did end up telling her off. What a disgusting person to be working in customer service.

Used to go here for oil changes for years, and now I got turned down the last couple times I went. Why do y'all even have a garage??

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. On 1-9-23 I took my car for an oil change. The guy who worked on my car {mid 20's, slim, dark hair} either didn't put my plug back correctly or not at all, but all the oil leaked out of my car. I made it about 1/4 mile and my engine ceased. Had to coast to Walmart. And now Mike the owner refuses to do anything about it. Even had to foot the bill for my own tow truck to get my car home. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

This is the most useful gas station on this stretch because it ha access to two separate roads so you aren't obligated to turn against traffic. It has a full convenience store but otherwise is a standard gas station. Also connected to an A @ W if that's your kind of thing

Extremely rude owner. Air machine does not work. Told me it was my guage and not his machine. Tried 3 different gauges. Did not want to give a 75 cent refund.

I normally do my own oil changes, but you can't beat the price and quality of this place. I pay about $28 for an oil change and filter. The mechanic on duty shows that he takes pride in his work which puts me at ease when I bring my cars here.

Today (03-21-2021) at @ 9:30-9:35am I accidentally gave the cashier (skinny early 20's girl with red highlights in her eyelashes) a $20 bill mixed with my $1's. I purchased a roll of Copenhagen which totaled $32 and some change, I thought to give the cashier 2 twenties and 3 singles so I could get a ten back (to reduce the # of Bill's in my wallet). She caught the discrepancy, because she looked at the till and said "wait, 29? How much did you give me?" The error was mine because I thought I gave her 43, but she compounded it by entering the correct amount (62). She gave me a ten and I walked out the door. I didn't figure this out til I got home and discovered I was $19 short. Plus what cashier would admit to intentionally shorting a customer? Hopefully a manager sees this and reviews (I pulled up in a blue truck, short haired male in a leather jacket) If the till is $19 over, it was mine; if not, your cashier is pocketing money. I won't go back there, $52 is too high for a roll.
