“My husband and I went into this store to get stuff for my husband, I was not even looking for stuff for myself. While my husband was trying on clothes, Kristen (an employee), who was intently helping my husband, walked up with two pairs of jeans. I told her, 'Oh those aren't my husband's style', and she said, 'Oh no, these are for you'. I tried them on (at no time did I tell her my size), and they fit me PERFECTLY! The jeans were even on sale! She even informed my husband that they do free in store alterations. She was GREAT! I will definitely shop this Buckle again!!”

After a difficult supervisor at customer service, refused to adjust the price on a Croft & Barrow sleeveless top for me. It was the only one that was unmarked the sale price of identical tops on the rack. The adjusted price was only a few dollars less. It was the principle of the situation that mattered to me.”

That's why in this town everyone comes here. This has all of the beautiful sameness of the department stores you remember. It has almost anything that you could want.
