I believe there are new owners. I’ve never had a problem until my last visit where my appointment was at noon for two dogs both blue Merle, so the hair is not matted. Just needs cut trimmed and bathe. After three hours, the dogs are finally done. The one groomer comes out and immediately tells me how my dogs need to come every six weeks. This is a part of life blah blah blah. The other lady behind the counter is ringing me up and charged me $30 more than normal. I asked why she called “a handling fee “ because she normally does not touch the dogs.. I am unsure why that is my issue. They made the appointment for both dogs. I assumed that groomers would be grooming. Them should not have to pay extra for someone that don’t know what they’re doing.

I took my dog in to get groomed and they come out matted and had to shave them. Such a horrible experience and still paid full price for your mess up. Never going here again. I still had to cut mats out of my dog when I took him home.

She handed my Rottweiler great, got her nails clipped, I recommend Happy Tails for the pets that don't like them nails done!

Been taking my 7lb Yorkie there for a little over a year and was paying $60.00 with tip and now it's up to $70.00 dollars without anyone saying prices went up and all new staff have to think about going back my dog didn't even smell as good as when Krystal was there taking care of my Yorkie

My dog loves Bailey! She is always so nice and does an amazing job with him. He gets excited when we say her name. All the staff are so nice and welcoming. We love it here.

I’ve been to them in the past for my mama’s dog Abby girl. They were great with her now I have a 17 week old puppy. I like the fact that they have walk-ins on Wednesdays for trims because I would like my puppy to get used to being groomed, I think that’s great that they do that

This is the BEST groomer I have ever dealt with, been taking my dog there for a couple years now, and it is just wonderful. They treat the dogs with love and also us humans?. Thank you so very much for your great care and service. We will miss you when we move.

Easy to book either online or by phone. Great prices, easy to get to. My 2 labradoodles looked great. It was my younger labradoodles first time. We will keep going here!

Excellent service for our furry pets. Friendly office staff, the groomers are the best in providing great care to them. My puppies were handled with excellent service and smelled amazing after their bath. Highly recommend for our faithful companions.

Not sure what a couple of people are talking about but I would recommend happy tails to everyone. NEVER have I had a problem with anything Maddie has done for my fur baby Lil Bit. I have had a couple of other people try them and they love them too. One of my friends have a dog that had to be knocked out just to have his nails trimmed and it cost him about 150 dollars. He took his dog to Maddie and hasn't ever looked back. If I could give Happy Tails 100 stars I would.

I wasn't fond of them. They rushed my husband and I to come get our dogs. Our dogs were locked in a random room where they were lonely and yowling when I got there. They were also on the expensive side for my taste and didn't even trim my dog's eyes, snout, paws and tail. So in my opinion my dog looked incomplete
