You really have to be straight forward about your haircut because every time I get a different person, I show them previous pictures but it always ends up different.

My hair is messed up on one side. Looks like a chunk was cut out. I have to let it grow out before I can get it fixed.

My spouse and stepson went here today to get their hair cut before having a family photoshoot done. My stepson's hair is super uneven in the front. The stylist had asked him at the end of his service if he liked his hair and he straight up told her "no", but she didn't really do anything to correct it. Also contemplating buzzing my spouse's hair as well because it does not look good, it's really choppy in the back. Super disappointed that this happened right before our pictures, we don't have any time to reschedule :/ The stylists seemed nice and everything, but I feel like this could've been avoided if they had put more time and care into it.

Okay I can't take my fiance or step sons here anymore. Every time I do, they look like they've been butchered. Like uneven and choppy. So awful. I can't believe my fiance let my step sons walk out with that hair so now we need to take them somewhere else to fix this monstrosity. They used to do a decent job for what you pay for, but good Lord not anymore.

I checked in online and told them when I was there. I sat and waited until they didn't have a choice to take me cause I was the last one. I did notice everyone prior to me was male not sure if this was the reason why or what the issue was. I have been coming here for years sand never had a issue.The young girl I had was very nice .

Take my boys here often. We highly recommend Matthew, he’s cut my oldest son’s hair a couple times. My oldest says he’s young and knows the trends and that he’s love how he cuts his hair! Thank you Matthew <3The establishment is always clean, even when busy they do a great job at getting to everyone in a timely manner. Seem to be fully staffed in busy days I.e. 2 weeks before Xmas on a weekend and I think I saw 6 stylists??

First time going to great clips in fort gratiot. Nice clean atmosphere. Signed on line, was only there for 10 minutes. Miss Gabriella as polite, friendly…… I’ll definitely be coming back. Awesome place!!?
