After receiving a poorly done plaque from a different company, 4Sports saved the day. They did an early morning laser engraving at the last minute for us and we couldn’t be happier with their customer service and high quality of work. Customer service there is a joke we ordered school apparel back in September didn't get anything until November the hat we ordered the pom pom on top fell off within a month of having it and 2 of the items were on back order with no communication of when they are coming in I called and the rude gentleman said it has been in for 2 weeks I emailed you I told him the last email I recieved was back in September he said well I emailed you and wanted to argue about it my husband went and picked up the 2 items that were on back order and showed him the hat he said we can't guarantee the life of the hat my husband told him we didn't even have it a month he said get a needle and thread and fix it then absolutely horrible customer service I spent like $150 on that 1 order

Third time here, I don't think they have very good customer service.. Items late and no displays of what can be printed on items.. Isn't that what you do? Not impressed at all.

Staff gave my freind and I weird looks when they saw we rode to the store on bikes otherwise pretty big selection of things there some things for local teams and some things for not so local teams. Otherwise I do suggest this place as the place to go if you need anything for sports or just team wear. The also have pretective gear for the diffrent sports and of course the have baseball bats and balls and stuff for softball!
