First time in the Port Huron location I had a wonderful clerk who assisted me. Her name is Sarah. I told her I had just joined a gym and I would be lifting weights. She immediately said "Oh, I can help you with that". Amazing young woman. I just wanted to say to her "Thank you for a great experience".

Went there 2 times recently. Once for cleats for my son. Online didn't match in store for either item I sent in for. Went back another time to buy a safe. Went in no one was around to help. Walked around couldn't find anyone. Only person I saw was 1 person at a register with a line.

The store has many options, but the attendant who was there tonight didn't want to work! I asked kindly to try on some clothes, she told me to ask the guy at the counter, I asked and the guy didn't answer me, he just beeped a radio. I went back to the girl and asked for help. She told me to go back to the counter making light of it, even though I said I was unsuccessful. I have never had such a bad experience in a store, I will never go back. It's a shame that I had to leave behind six pieces that I liked.

Check prices. Tag prices & sign prices do not match at all. Managers couldn't be bothered with the issue at hand. Still tried to charge me 24.99 for items stocked under 9.99 & 16.99 signs. Badly stocked or badly managed? Regardless, lost my business.
