Nothing worked so I dropped my laptop off mid Friday afternoon expecting to be without it until the following week. I received a call in about an hour to come pick up my fixed computer, for a very reasonable price. She asked how she can help and a gentleman overheard and he lead me over to the HP toner . He didn’t just walk away, he explained to me that there were two options . He proceeded to calculate the cost per page so I could make a informed decision on my purchase. Sure I could have done this myself, however this gentleman knows how to deliver customer service and knows how very important it is.
