Poor management. They will put used and aftermarket parts on your car. You might be better off finding a shop that will use factory parts and put your car back to OEM specs. Rather than a suggested one from your insurance company, so the insurance company can make more money.

My experience with Certified collision was excellent. They communicated with me on my level explained and went above and beyond. I have always felt ripped off or taken advantage of at places like the dealer or even Belle Tire. I Hit a Deer and I contacted Justin and Paul, they took care of everything, and my truck interior and exterior looked better than when I brought it in. I would recommend them to anyone they really made we feel comfortable and Happy. Just want to thank them again for answering all my question and doing such a great Job!

After seeing their work I think most of these reviews have to be fake or written by people without eyes. Paint texture on my car changes drastically now and is very wavey compared to the other side, paint is blotchy looking in low light, and my door jambs are full of rough texture, after talking to ICARR I've learned none of this work is to standard, not sure how they can proudly display their certification sign and still sleep at night.

If I could give certified collision Inc. 10 stars, I would! I've never dealt with a collision shop before. They were so professional and walked me through the whole process. Paul talked to my car insurance company and checked on the parts to ensure they were in stock. I was quoted a week and I got my car back in 4 days! It looks amazing! BTW:) car detailing top notch?. Can't speak enough about this collision shop. Thank you!
