You wanna talk about top notch & straight forward service? This is the place!!! With how everything is today it's beyond refreshing to talk to a salesman that is genuinely honest and helpful. Nick taught me SO much about computers it was great!!!! 10/10 stars to this best buy store.

So, 2 5 star reviews got ignored. Let's see if I can get some attention.
An hour in the store trying to figure things out since moving. Can't get my printer hooked up to my wifi with the new AT&T hub. I had it hooked up, then #AT&T threw us a curve a few weeks ago. I haven't been able to reconnect since then.
Long story short, I bought a charging cord and ended up with an $80 charge on my card for an appt made next week!
I had 3 guys working on this and NONE of them said anying abt a charge.
I'm on the phone right now with GSSupport to get the charge removed and the appt canceled. There was a hitch in your app w/ scheduling.
I sent info RE: that to R & D but clearly they're not paying attention either.
I'm livid.
The last time a tech came out, he wasn't able to complete the work order. I loaded a Samsung plug in and was able to make the connection.

I went to the store to see the selection of Canon camera's they had display. At first I was very disappointed but the salesperson I got was Outstanding. (80686).
She answered all my questions and the Model that I wanted they had in stock. ?
I'm a Very Happy Customer.

Best Buy has become THE WORST place for customer service ever. ..I have been a customer there for years and now you can't call the store, there is no way to get thru every number goes to a foreign call center that barely speaks english and they cannot connect you with the store....you can't even get thru to someone at the store about a delivery.....I am so done with this place...

Had a radio installed by Dave, who was very helpful and informative. He recognized that I was given a wrong part for the installation and replaced it for free. He also walked me through the basic operations of the radio after he installed it. Excellent service!
