Me and my fiancé went shopping for a sectional and some barstool chairs since we bought a house recently… Mike helped us out and showed us every single couch in the place almost and we came out very happy with our experience and product! Mike is a solid honest dude unlike most people trying to sell consumers products, so I respect that a ton! I would recommend anyone else to come here… affordable prices as well. The sectionals range anywhere from 1000 to 3-4 grand is what I saw. The one we selected is definitely pretty big and was 1900 total which is a solid price in my opinion. If I remember in the future I’ll update my review with the longevity of the product?

We built a new home in 2024. We ordered a sectional, recliner, king bed and mattresses, dressers and night stands. ALL of it was beautiful and solid. 3 years later and it has all held up so incredibly well. It's like brand new and I believe will continue to be like new for years to come. The workers there are kind and helpful. We would highly recommend bens furniture and we have referred friends to go there.

Went in to check out some bed frames, with the family. As they were advertising a winter sale. Sales person was very rude, told us without knowing anything at all. 'I can save you time, it's too expensive.' We left promptly after. We will not purchase from this company. Godwins down the road was much nicer.

I can't thank the team at Ben's Fine Furniture enough for helping our family with a new living room set.Not only do they have a great selection and incredible deals, the Owner and staff are amazing! We needed our furniture delivered as soon as possible, and they were booked for a few days, so what did the Owner and Sales manager do for us? They got in their personal vehicle and helped us pickup and deliver our furniture 2 days ahead of time! Now that's unbelievable customer service!Ben's has a customer for life.

Shout out to Ben's!!! I had a not so good experience stopping in two years ago.........Fast forward. We went looking for a recliner reluctantly we decided to check back at Ben's. Found a chair in our price range, it was ordered, thought to arrive in two weeks. Be delivered today. It only took 6 days. Mike Makowski was such a help.
