Absolutely love this place and the staff! We brought a couple rings in for repair / rhodium plating. We ended up buying a gorgeous anniversary ring. The sales person was very friendly and professional. Our ring repairs only took a couple of days and they look like new. I highly recommend this store!

I had the privilege of collaborating with Jim, Jill, and the entire team at Alexander Fine Jewelry. My task was multifaceted: I was tasked with mounting a new 55” TV, set up a camera to capture a live feed of the jeweler working his craft, connected a PC to the TV that displays the live feed, and upgraded their aging server that manages their point-of-sale system and office operations. Throughout my tenure, I found them to be not only kind, attentive, and respectful but also deeply committed to professionalism.
Observing their interactions with customers revealed a consistent dedication to excellence. They approach each visitor with genuine care and expertise honed over years in the industry. Their ability to listen attentively and draw upon their wealth of experience ensures that every customer receives a tailored, memorable experience from the moment they step through the door.

I stopped in today to have a watch repaired and a new watch sized. The team at Alexander's was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in to the minute I left. Excellent service!

I had to give 5 stars because Alexander jewelry is great. I've had nothing but good experiences buying shinola watches and other misc jewelry between my wife and i... BUT Reactor brand watches, stay away from that company. Years ago, I was looking at a reactor, and it was like 1k dollars or close to, and at the time, we couldn't imagine buying a watch that cost that much. Later on in life, we had our own business, and we were doing great in life making real money. My wife bought me this reactor as a token of how far we had come. She got me the watch to remember the days when we couldn't even imagine owning a watch that cost that much. Fast forward, I've bought Hamiltons, citizens, and Shinola watches, and I haven't had any issues. I've taken care of all my jewelry and watches. Well, one noticed the reactor watch the second hand completely fell off. And I thought that was kind of ridiculous. Had Alexander jewelry reach out to them. They actually charged us to fix the watch. Now I could understand if I cracked the globe or did something to the watch. But I've taken care of it like all my others. And yet had to pay to have their defective product fixed. It wasn't the end of the world . But I could t believe it. I was surprised it completely fell off to begin with, much less the fact they didn't stand by their product... so fair warning. I won't be purchasing any more reactor watches, and I just wanted to reach out and let others know their watches are not well built and they don't stand by their products. I would recommend Shinola they're a great well-built watch made in Detroit and one of my favorites. I will keep the reactor as it was a gift from my amazing wife, but I will never again even look at another reactor... in no way should this review reflect Alexander jewelry I've had nothing but good experiences with them the sales team is on the ball they're a good group of people and I enjoy working with them the management also stands by their word and they're good people to work with as well.

I can’t say thank you enough to everyone for their help especially to the amazing jeweler Kosta!!! I took my ring to them after having it at a different store where they had done a terrible job trying to “fix” it, I stopped in to see if they could help and of course they did. They had my ring less than a week and now it’s back to being as beautiful as the day my husband first placed it on my hand the day of our wedding. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! We will most definitely be back to see you guys!!

I visited their competitor first. I needed a watch battery. The competitor said they wanted me to leave it overnight. I had used them before for a battery and they charged $15- BUT, I didn't want to leave it overnight (do paperwork, etc.) so I told them I would try Alexander's. I entered Alexander's and the technician was busy with a customer. I told her I didn't mind waiting. I sat in a chair and played with my phone. About 15 minutes passed and the technician told me my watch was ready. She told me "NO CHARGE! ... because you had to wait." NO CHARGE!!! You can bet that is MY STORE from now on. I don't know why that other store has to keep a watch overnight for a 5 minute job-- meaning I have to make a trip back. Nope! Nope! Nope!

We met with Maria and she was very helpful and patient with us purchasing jewelry. She was a referral from my brother. I have now made Alexander’s (Maria) my jeweler for all needs. Enjoyed meeting and working with her. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

Outstanding service from the girls at Alexander Jewelers. I had lost a diamond earring called my insurance co and went to Alexander Jewelers. Within 3 weeks it has been replaced and looks beautiful!!
