Worst customer service ever and very inconvenient for their patients. If something is wrong with a prescription make sure you tell them everything that’s wrong with it so it can get dealt with in a timely manner. Spoke to someone earlier in the day after my medications were ordered and it was something on my end that needed to be fixed. Went to pick up my medications when everything was ready and it was something else out of my control. Now the pharmacy is almost closed and the doctor who prescribed me my medication had gone home for the day. Now I’m without my medication. When I called back to see if there was anything else that could be done, I was met with rudeness.

Due to poor service We understand why Walgreens is going out of business. Not a way to run a company.

I just went through the pharmacy drive thru and "donated" $15 to the cashier after he decided to claim I gave him a $5 instead of the $20... This is my second experience with the store the first one being signing up for a credit card and the cashier putting in the wrong information so I cannot access the account, and the card went to limbo. YAY.

Absolute, worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I have to fill the same script every month to the date for the last 10 years. I just moved to flint this year and had to start going a new Walgreens to fill my script, so this location, is the closest one to me.Thought maybe it was a “one off” with maybe a bad pharmacy/pharmacist staff on shift that day.Boy was I wrong, they would call to say my prescription is ready to pick up, but then specifically say they will sell to other people that have been customers longer than me, even though they rarely even pick up their prescriptions. So I gave it six months, month after month the same issue, but only the staff attitudes became worse and worse. My advice to anyone new to this, Walgreens, or the area, go to rite aid and save yourself the aggravation and belittlement.

Went in to load money onto a gift card. 2 people in front of me were also purchasing gift cards. The cashier was very rude, and acted like it was some big difficult task. She said “ seriously guys” “what’s with all the gift cards” Simply put, don’t offer the service if it’s too difficult of a task for your employees to complete.

Gave away my personal photos to a stranger and then acted like it was no big deal. Thanks Walgreens, now there's a stranger that has my name, phone number, email, and photos of the inside of my house. If I get robbed I'm gonna have my lawyer and the cops show you just how big of a deal it is.

You can never get your prescription. On time that is my only problem with raw beans.

Went to pick up a couple things and Le'ander the cashier was awesome. He is always so nice when I have to stop in and extremely patient when my deals don't always go correctly. I really appreciated you today!!!

Had a script called in they said it would be ready in 30 mins. I showed up they said it would be other hour. My doc called they told them it would be 2 hours. I called after 2 hours they said it would be 4 hours from that point. After that I called again and they said they were out of stock. How does something change that much than somehow they are out of stock!!! Stuff that pisses me off!

Would give 0 stars if possible. I called in my refill, they said ready the next day. I drive there. They had to order it. It would be 2 more days and another trip. I have worked retail pharmacy for over 35 years. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. My insurance only allows me to get my prescriptions filled through Optum mail order or Walgreens. I have spent literally 2 car trips 60 minutes total & 3 hours on the phone with Walgreen "pharmacists", BCBS & Pfizer. Not 1 of the 3 Wallgreen people could help me. The male pharmacist told me the Pfizer saving card is billed through BCBS. the 2nd told me to get a new card from Pfizer. So I did. The third told me the new card is no good and to call Pfizer. I asked them to call because I already had and they gave me the new card. I've determined none of know the answer and ate blowing me off as they could care less. I would love to hear from them so they could explain how they stay in business with the staff they have.

Normally have not had any issues with this Walgreens, have been going here since 2017. My ADHD meds were sent here and required a preauthorization due to being a stimulant. After the preauthorization was sent in, I tried to pick them up and they could not fill them because they needed a diagnosis code. I called nearly every day, my psychiatrist office said they sent everything they needed in order to fill it. I then called another pharmacy that my psychiatrist uses and asked if they could transfer the meds from Walgreens. I was unable to because Walgreens had already billed my insurance and needed to un-bill it. So they billed the insurance for meds, they said they needed a specific code for yet couldn't give them to me. When I called, I believe I talked to Brandon, he seemed annoyed and immediately unbilled them and didn't seem to really want to fix the issue and let me fill them elsewhere. The pharmacy I switched to had absolutely no problem filling them or did not need the diagnosis code Walgreens said they had to have(even though they obviously didn't need that code to bill my insurance) and I am picking them up today. I don't really understand why this had to be such a difficult process and why it seemed like fixing it was such an inconvenience. The whole experience was extremely off putting and just seemed unnecessary. I normally do not have any issues with the staff or have issues with them wanting to rectify any insurance issues but this was awful and it seems like they didn't want there to be a resolution for me to be able to get my meds. I am currently considering just switching all my meds and my kids meds to this new pharmacy to avoid this in the future.
