Needed tape on my box to ship. The woman at the desk said she could not provide me with tape and wanted me to pay $5.00 for their roll. so I left and shipped my package ups instead. They even taped it for me :)

The WORST MAIL SERVICE, This is the third time i have not received VERY IMPORTANT MAIL!! I never even met my mail carrier, lived here 4 yrs Teal Lake Estates. Will file a complaint!, MISSING MAIL DATE NOV,08,2022, So Thanks i am sure my neighbors have received my mail or something, totally embarrassing! Great job guys!

We have many and I mean many documents lost. Sender can verify it was indeed sent to this address. Come to find out, my mail was being delivered to a few houses down from mine!!! It's happening far too much these days! I needed a very important check and sender showed me they sent it and where it went. Straight to the post office. They said "don't know". It's a shame!

Always courteous and helpful. Quick to get packages posted and onto the trucks. I go there several times per week with packages. They are super!

Their ability to get a package to you is terrible. They even change their own dates from monday to friday. Change delivery times 3 times that friday, then dont deliver it. Will be making a real effort to make sure my packages are delivered through a reliable service from now on.

A small, easy-to-access post office with a lot of parking available. They have a ton of P.O. boxes and a good selection of stamps, boxes, and cards inside. The biggest downside right now is that they are very clearly understaffed, so there is a little bit of wait at the busy times (lunch, etc).

The staff there is always so wonderful! I have a PO box there and they are always quick to grab my items from the back when they see me. I've only lived here a few months and they already recogonize me. :) It means a lot!

I live in Meadowbrook off Mt Morris road and just hit 9 years of being here. This past year mail has been so messed up. Always have neighbor bringing mail to me that was in their box. I didn't receive my W2 from work nor did my daughter receive her unemployment tax info.

My favorite post office by a large margin. Friendly and professional staff. I ship daily and this is the only post office i have never had a issue with.

Multiple times I've had items scanned as delivered that have not been delivered. The employees here don't seem to think it's a problem and tell me "oh, it'll show up", and they have actually eventually shown up but if something is scanned as "delivered in/at mailbox" it had better be in my mailbox and not across town somewhere waiting to be delivered the next day.

For our online store, USPS is vitally important for shipping and delivery. Our local Post Office here in Flushing is fantastic. Helpful and honest as always whenever we have any questions or hiccups. Highly recommended!
