EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE LADY WORKING HERE.
A lifelong friend of mine had a business account here. (Not for much longer)
I am not the type who usually writes a bad review because I always give the benefit of the doubt and give a business the opportunity to make it right. Well, there is no way to make this one right, the damage is done and this lady has made my friend have a ton of work to fix this which was unnecessary.
This is why I am writing this review so maybe it doesn't happen to anyone else.
The ATM machine ate my friends debit card and they refused to return it. Instead, this unprofessional woman chops it up right in front of her, without even asking for ID. All she wanted was her card returned so she didn't have this hassle. She filed a complaint and I hope the appropriate action is taken. This is something I have gone through myself a while ago and would hate for this to happen to someone else.

This bank has a very unprofessional woman working the front desk, and I highly recommend banking elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.
My friend has a business account there so you can imagine how important having access to your debit card and being able to access your money at all times is.
Well, the ATM machine ate her debit card and the rude lady behind the counter refused to give it back to her. I'm not sure that's even legal. Instead, she chopped up her debit card right in front of her saying they "can't give it back". This woman didn't even ask for identification to verify who she said she was. For all she knew, she found the debit card on the ground and the ATM ate it because she didn't know the pin and kept trying to use it so by default it was sucked in.
This has created a major problem for her as she is not very tech savvy and this card is linked to all of the electronic payment services her business uses.
I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this bank, and go to a credit union instead.

Horrible service at this bank. The ATM is the worse in the county and ate my debit card. I asked for it back, and all they did was cut it up right in front of me and force me to get a new one. I didn't want a new one, because I own a decent sized business and will now have to switch numbers out on ALL of my electronic payment apps, my credit cards both personal and for the company. I will be switching my company account over to chase bank, who I've been with for all of my personal banking since July 1990. STAY FAR AWAY from this bank if you want to be treated with respect.

Went in to cash a cashier's check from them. They stated sorry we cannot cash they as they do not have the funds! How does a bank not have the funds to cash a check from them? Glad I do not bank with them!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. PNC RACIALLY PROFILES BLACK CUSTOMERS. This bank needs to be shut down. Poor customer service, does not respond to customer requests, does not return phone calls, closes accounts with no explanation, etc. If you call to find out why the account is frozen or closed, there is no explanation given, and no one to refer you to. I was informed on 2 occasions, that I would receive a phone call from corporate regarding my situation, a little over a month now, and I still have not received those calls. The questionable part about it, I was a fairly new customer. PNC could care less, I'm Black, I don't deserve a call back. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS LIKE A SKUNK. PNC has closed my account with no explanation. This bank does not call the customer, nor do they send mailed communication regarding your account. RUN FROM THIS BANK, IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL REGRET IT. Now I know why whenever I enter the branch, there is usually no other customers in the bank and there is usually only 1 teller. This lets me know PNC is not the bank to do business with. PNC RACIALLY PROFILES PEOPLE. SO BLACK FOLKS BEWARE BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.This review will probably be deleted and never seen. PNC does not want the truth to be told about this. BEWARE OF THIS BANK!!!!I'm sure there are Black customers who may disagree with me, but you probably have thousands of dollars in PNC, so you're valuable, I am not. I don't have thousands of dollars. Hopefully, you're never have issues with your account. This is when you will find out where you stand with PNC, if your money is more important to them or the color of your skin.I'm seriously looking for this not to make the reviews. :)

I scheduled an appointment to change my name on my account and debit card due to marriage. A few days later I was contacted by another associate, Nick, regarding an unrelated matter and he couldn't find me on the schedule. I then "reschedule" to see him and when I showed up to the Friday morning appointment he wasn't there. So I sat with Lauren who changed my name on my account and supposedly ordered me a new debit card with the same card number and my married name on it. She told me it would be mailed out on the following Tuesday and that she would call me when it did. I waited two weeks before calling her. She said she would order it as if it was the first request. She then back-pedalled and said she didn't know what happened. This time I was quoted 5-7 days. Another two weeks goes by and I get a new card with my maiden name still on it. I call her. Again she back-pedalled and said she didn't know what happened. I get quoted another 5-7 days and she's able to guarantee me that this one will be correct. Two weeks later I get a card with my new name but different card number on it.This is just rediculous. This is not a difficult request but she managed to turn it into a very large headache. Get your facts straight. Take notes if you have to. Take responsibility for your mistakes and make it right. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my service and now have very low expectations for this branch. What a waste of time.

I’m a black male and I was a victim of racial profiling at this bank a few years ago and it still bother me. When I had came into the bank I told a lady I would like to open an account up here and she told me I would need a car title In order to do that. I was in shock and I never heard of that before. So I said really I had proceeded to walk toward the back where the bank teller was at and she yelled at me and said don’t walk towards them. I stood in shocked so I had walked out and called a number online for the bank and they told me all I need was a id and ssn to open an account so I proceeded back into the bank and told them I just spoke with someone and they told me I don’t need a car title so the lady in the bank proceeded to say well follow me and I will help you with your account and I told her no thank you I will take my business somewhere else.. this is why we need more black owned banks. I had made a review about this before and some how it got took down

This Bank is a joke! DO NOT trust your money with them they will put you through hell to just get your own money! they are rude and hold times of hours to get ahold of anyone or to get anything done, they do not accept refunds from businesses causing your account to go in the negative. this bank should be shut down!!
