I came to Pet Rest Gardens for the final care of my baby Sookie and could not be more grateful that I chose this service. I was treated with compassion and understanding throughout the entire process. They were transparent about pricing and what would happen with my baby when I left her in their care. I have the utmost faith and trust that she was cared for with the care that the staff would give to their own pets until she was returned to me. I have already, and will continue to recommend this business.

Losing a pet is hard and I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service my family received from Key-Lore this week. From the moment I called to inquire about cremation services I was given exceptional customer service. I was able to get an appointment the same day within just a few hours. The staff treated us like family and I knew our sweet girl was in great hands.

Although I never dealt with the same person twice, they were all very compassionate and professional. Unfortunately I lost 2 of my fur babies within 2 weeks of each other. It has been to say the least extremely difficult. But they made the process very easy for me and took care of my babies well. Thank you to the whole staff. It's hard to even imagine doing your job. While they were great, I hope to not see them again for a very long time.

We lost our beloved Xavier. They showed amazing compassion and genuinely cared from the moment we walked in. We have his urn and the beautiful Rainbow Bridge with his paw print in our living room. We miss him every day. Thanks again for helping us through a most difficult time. Highly recommend!
