I am a 68 year old woman who hasn't experienced a more caring honest business in years. I got a really great deal on my vehicle and Jeff went above and beyond for me. He fixed a minor issue and even patiently showed me how to operate the new to me technology.
They will be opening an auto repair department that gives discounts on repairs to people they've sold cars to. A really good discount. He has restored my faith in humanity. Thank you Jeff. I'm so thrilled with my purchase.

At Motor City Autos in Flushing we were not just a person off the street as we walked in we are automatically treated like a family member they were wonderful easy to work with and got the job done I would refer all my family and friends to them anyone that is looking for a vehicle I would recommend them to anyone they're not just a company they treated me like family we were blessed to get to meet them all of them on staff are family owned and genuine and go out of their way to help you in any way they can they get the job done wonderful people that work there I would recommend this to anyone please go there and see for yourself they have beautiful cars trucks and anything else that you are looking for and they are fast they don't keep you waiting for days I would suggest them to anyone they were a blessing to us and we love our GMC we just financed from there they are great to work with I call them family and so will you blessings Jeff Walters and his sister Vicky invited us in out of the hot heat the best experience I've had when looking for a vehicle thanks again to all the staff at Motor City Auto n Flushing , Keith Teresa Squires

I highly recommend Motor City Auto Flushing for your used car needs! I purchased my daughter's first car from Jeff Walters, the owner. He was awesome to work with! Jeff went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the car we were purchasing. He stayed open late and took the time to put the car up on his lift so we could inspect the underside. He was patient with us and went above and beyond our expectations, even answering our questions via text after business hours. Jeff was so thoughtful to cover the upcharge for my daughter's license plate because she wanted the one that has the Mackinac Bridge on it. A couple days after we had purchased the car, we realized the back-up camera was upside down. This is a well-known problem with Fords apparently. Jeff handled the situation like a pro! He quickly ordered a new camera and instructed us on how to install it, which was super easy. He did this free of charge! I couldn't be happier with our experience with Jeff and knowing my daughter is in a safe vehicle that we got for a very fair price! Thank you, Jeff! We appreciate you!

Best car experience! KIND, honest and wanting to offer help and knowledge. There are so few of these types of businesses that exist anymore due to greed and lack of conscience. Very glad I was able to do business here. I highly recommend. 10/10

I didn't know where to go to get my next car. I stumbled across this dealership. So I took a chance and checked it out. The dealer was very personable. Very good experience. I will refer him to all my friends. Got me a pickup truck and I am very excited and happy

I tried this place because of the reviews and can totally see why they’re so great. I was in a pinch with my old vehicle, and Jeff was able to give me a fair trade-in price towards a great car. After a few months, I still love it and it’s been very reliable everyday. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, thanks again Jeff!

Jeff is so personable and has helped me get approved for the car that caught my eye a week ago. Not only is he super friendly and makes his customers feel at ease , he also is very honest and up front and takes the time to answer questions . I was able to see the before pictures of my vehicle before I purchased which I appreciate. Thank you again !! Forever grateful.. the chick who lost her house keys in her purse ??

Jeff & Shaun definitely not the stereotypical used car salesmam, they are just regular guys. I bought a 2007 Solstice GXP from them. It was almost like new and for a good price.They told me upfront it had a salvage title (I looked up the car and saw what the damage was - it was basically just a fender-bender. They even gave me remedies if my CU didn't like it.I discovered, later, that it was missing a wheelhouse liner, Jeff realized immediately that they had a new one; but, forgot to put it on. He apologized and had me come in right away to install it!Hmmmm, to think about it, they are more than "regular guys" they are great guys! It was a great experience and I highly recommend them!!!K'wame

We have all aware of the old stereotype regarding used car salesmen. Well, I am here to tell you that Shaun and Jeff have broken the mold. We bought a Taurus from them a few weeks ago and found that they bent over backward to assure the car had its minor issues addressed and fixed even after we drove off their lot. We found that it was an extreme pleasure to deal with a pair of honest straightforward individuals. If you are looking for a reliable, reasonably priced used car I highly recommend Motor City Automotive of Waterford.Fred and Pam

I've bought 3 used cars for here .. They where 3 of the best cars I've ever owned. I never had any problems with any of them . As a matter of fact 4 years after buying my last used car from here I was able to trade it in for almost as much as I payed for it on a new car ."I take very good care of my vehicles." I wish I never would have bought. I will always buy from here.

The owner Jeff is a great guy to do business with. I was concerned about buying a salvage vehicle but he was completely upfront through the whole process. Turns out lots of vehicles that are involved in minor fender benders, broken headlights and dented fenders, become salvage vehicles because of the way insurance companies operate. Jeff showed me everything about the vehicle including taking next door to his mechanic Steve and putting it up on the lift so i could inspect everything top to bottom. Long story short I was able to replace the 2011 Dodge avenger I had gotten into a car accident with a 2013 Avenger with less miles and newer model year for an awesome price. I couldn't be more satisfied and I will be in touch with Jeff next fall when I look to buy a winter/work vehicle. If you are looking for a used vehicle you absolutely need to go down and see what he has to offer. You might just find yourself the nicest used car on the road. My friends and family thought it was brand new when I bought it.
