I recently bought a car from Keith Farris at Joelscarz. It was probably the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Keith went out of his way to get me a great deal in a timely manner, and he was so nice, to boot. I'm so thankful to have my pretty new-er car, thanks to Keith!

Worst customer service ever. Vehicle left me stranded next day . Finally started and starter went out in Detroit while I was at training for work. Salesman couldn't care less. Asked for supervisor, was told they would be gone rest of the week. Month has gone by and still haven't heard from the supervisor. Went in to get stuff left in my car while I swapped over everything from old car to new car, sales man finally stopped being rude and helped, told me to wait 30 days to use the "warranty". It's been 30 days, and I contacted to get an appointment like I was told and sales man was again rude and told me to contact service. Then was told i was wrong he never said to set up appointment through him. Never called the next week after truck broke down in Detroit to see if i made my moms funeral.or not or if i was ok, I even proved to him I had to be in Indiana for my mothers funeral and he said call the warranty company it was the best he could do for me. When a recording told me to call back during business hours I text him and he just said sorry. Total debacle. Won't do business again. Sad thing is I was going to. I was trying g to give benefit of doubt to the guy, maybe he was going through things I dunno. Oh and to top it all off the price was supposed to be 8995. They charged me 10k and said it was a finance fee. Lmao. I signed the papers and had to come back next day because I had an issue with car insurance. Then they made me sign a different contract because allegedly they messed up the license plate tax. I don't know. Like I said I won't do business again, and hopefully they get rid of the rude guy (JP?) that "helped" me . Beware, and I think I'll get ahold of the attorney generals office for the price gouge. Now I'm trying to deal with getting the others things that have gone wrong. No AC, massive fuel leak from on top of the fuel tank somewhere, whole truck shakes at idle and driving , transmission clunks on 2nd to 1st gear downshift, and vacuum pump keeps going out so that the brake pedal is super hard to press and takes an insane distance to stop. Super annoying.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. I bought a truck from here and I haven’t had it for a year and I have had so many problems with this truck. I think I would’ve been better off buying a truck off the streets. I had to take the truck back after only two months. They lie and don’t tell you the cars are good when in reality they are junk. I have had a horrible experience with the truck I bought from this place. Do not buy here
