I like this Dollar General The manager and her staff are Wonderful which is one of the main reason I go there. I appreciate their kindness and hard work. they deserve each one of the stars on this review.. Keep up the great work..

Manager acts nice but, I kid you not, as soon as I walked away after er asking her a question (I interrupted her talking to a friend) she made some kind of comment about me and they giggled. I don't understand why people who need customers are so rude to them.

If you are going to elimate the use of self checkouts, please make sure you have staff to help customers and the availability of other manuel registers staff can use.. I went in there to grab a couple of things. There was only 1 cash register opened, and the self-serve registers are not an option at any location anymore. In this store, there is literally only one register that can be opened because the other two are self checkout. So, 2 of the 3 registers are self checkout. The store was packed because ppl, who are used to 3 registers, are only down to 1. I don't mind standing in a line, but if you are going to change policy, fix the problems that may arise. These stores are already known for being understaffed, so not having self checkout is not intelligent.

It's a country, Doller General, that has everything for the locals. Glad its out here for the locals to get stuff they may need instead of going all the into town. They got everything from milk to garbage ? cans. The store is always stuffed to the max with supplies. Ton tons of inventory. If you can't find what you need ? you didn't look hard enough lol.

Product is stocked in incorrect locations, so price is not what the shelf says. Employees do nothing to make that right, just say "were working on fixing that", but three people up front and no one goes over there. No offer to check and adjust price. In every retail setting I've worked, if the product is in stocked in the wrong location we, in the very least, walk over to check the product and fix it. In realty, I should just be grateful they even had what I needed. I understand the burn out, but at least pretend like you care. Maybe DG needs to take more time training their few employees, or give them better pay so they treat their store and customers better.

How is someone that may be handicapped supposed to shop here… someone with a walker, or a wheelchair? You cannot walk in the isles. Not sure how anyone is supposed to shop here… I’m about to start taking things off of the carts and doing the stock myself just so people can actually shop and walk around the store properly. Someone is going to get hurt… I know places are short staffed right now and I understand it but assign someone to complete stock before or after hours. At this point it’s a safety concern.

Stood at the register waiting for someone to help me for 15 minutes.. meanwhile I can hear the two girls that were working gossiping with each other. Didn’t want to interrupt, and honestly I probably could’ve walked out without them noticing. Lucky for them, im not a thief and finally had to ASK FOR HELP. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to complain. More worried about gossiping in the back of the store than helping customers. Customer service at its finest

Everytime I go in there, The isles are overloaded, stock sitting around, couldn't get cat supplies cause there still in cart! Dont blame the employess! 1 person to do all that work!! I blame the managers!!! Employess are so stressed and over worked!!

As someone who helped open this store, left, and graduated college, it's about how I figured everything would be after I quit. Unsurprised. Poor management from the top down. And I mean top, as in corporate. They don't understand their own business model. This store will be out of business in less than two years if things do not change.

We were shopping here often, the staff is very friendly despite they are completely short handed. The store is a mess. At times you can’t get down the aisles for the merchandise on the floor and or the carts of unworked freight. The shelves are completely empty. It’s a shame, we were so excited when they opened but now I’m going to the Family Dollar in Clio, it’s worth the drive. Clean, zoned and full shelves and the app has the coupons as well.

This store use to be one of my favorite stores to shop at. But the last several times I have been in it is a complete train wreck! Shelves are bare, inventory all over the place, much still on stock carts. It is a disgrace to the Store Name. Apparently no one has taken any pride in the store….
