I totally understand taking a job and doing it is too much to ask in 2023… but if you come here, there’s stuff everywhere which are a tripping hazard- a lawsuit waiting to happen and every time I go the self checkout is the only thing open meanwhile the workers are nowhere to be found. It’s filthy and I’ve been there before at 3pm and there was a sign on the door saying “machine not working we are closed.” I don’t get why people would take a job if they are not able to do it with some dignity!

Sad to say, this DG store is absolutely filthy. Carts and boxes full of products strewn everywhere. I couldn’t even get my shopping cart down some aisles. I was tripping over things. Definitely a safety hazard. One saving grace..the gal at the register was sweet. I wish I had taken pictures to post to show how awful it was.

Nine people doing stock, all the carts full of stock, Couldn’t hold a basket and a case of water asked for help was told I needed to go get it myself and wait in line again. Only 1 self check out register. We come here to make it QUICK. Only reason. Are these not customer service positions? Terrible, trash. 0000000,etc.

I would just like to say how disgusting this store is!!! The floor is black from not being cleaned, boxes and merchandise all over the floor unorganized, looks like a tornado had gone through there. The employees are all nonchalant about making their way to the register to cash you out! It’s ridiculous!! 10/10 won’t be shopping here ever again, whether it’s in a pinch or not !

The store ALWAYS HAS TRASH OUT IN THE PARKING LOT FROM PEOPLES CARS. Right near the entrance into the building. The store has multiple carts with items that have been sitting for 2 days waiting to be placed on shelves. The inventory is ALWAYS low except for all the seasonal items. There is a huge tree blocking the sign from the road. You basically have to slam on your brakes or you’ll miss it because the tree needs trimming. I have never been in a store that is so dirty!! We have a nice little community and unfortunately this store is an eyesore.

Worst customer service ever- employee came to us and took our milk and said he would be right back with a replacement did not come right back with replacement instead decided taking the rest the milk off the shelf first would be the better option instead of maybe just telling the cashier hey they grabbed that milk let them know they can’t get that and have the replacement up there already ended up having to buy a half gallon of milk same brand of the supposed full gallon of milk they couldn’t sell due to not “ringing” in -atp you could ring the item up as a open item and look up the price in your invoices. Cashier kept making up multiple excuses to why he didn’t bring a replacement back.

On this day 9/17/2022, went into the business for charcoal and lighter fluid which coincidentally is located on the outside of the front door however the merchandise wasn't priced. Ask the lady what was the price and I also let her know that everything is posed to have a price , she had a very nasty attitude, and said she not responsible for what her employees do and threatened to call the police on me . I should have her a real reason to call them. Very rude and nasty worker should be fired on the spot.
