Coincidentally, after taking my car in for service, my battery (only 3 years old and no correlation with what the car was being serviced for) ended up completely dead and needed replacing. I had to jump-start the car just to get it out of their lot. Normally, a battery would be fine after an initial charge, but now it won't even take a jump. None of these issues started until the vehicle was in their possession. When I called for assistance, they dodged the issue and suggested baseless solutions. Someone has to be accountable. When are consumers going to stop being held responsible for the shoddy work and price gouged for the faults of so called professionals?

Awesome experience, had a morning bowling league down the road, dropped off my vehicle, bowled my 3 games and when I got back my car was ready! The young ladies that serviced me at check in were kind and friendly, especially to my special needs sister that was with me! Everything worked out perfect.

I must comment that Lafontaine is not a very conscientious neighbor. Not only does your lot have twice the vehicle inventory as most dealers, making it look like a salvage yard, but your staff seems to think that sounding car alarms to locate vehicles is okay. It is not. Especially when it begins as early as 8 am and continues all day with alarms often sounding over 20-30 times. It’s very inconsiderate when people work 2nd or 3rd shift and are trying to rest during the day or just relax and read a damn book.Also, your latest time saving stunt is to double park and block vehicles so that the only way to access them is to back over your lot line and across the grass parkway onto Riverview Blvd to avoid moving other cars. You are using our residential street as a 60 yard driveway to access your property, leaving muddy tire ruts all along our street. It’s so nice to open our garage doors and see a muddy mess. In fact I just witnessed a service rep pulling into an open spot using our street. As he pulled OVER the curb the tires sunk in the grass which he then spun to gain traction. Very nice. It compliments the other dozen plus tracks along what was a nice looking street. Not only that but I think what you’re doing is probably against City ordinance, but I’m hoping it doesn’t get to that. Just like any residential area (and you are half surrounded by zoned residential homes and streets) you need to strive to be a good, conscientious neighbor especially when you are a commercial business. You are failing and there are many folks along your property lines that are discussing bringing these issues to City Council. Please take this seriously so it doesn’t get to that. I am hoping that general management will see this, check into it and take immediate corrective action. These may not be big things to you, but they are affecting the beauty and peacefulness of our neighborhood. Be a better neighbor! Thanks for your attention in this matter.

My Ford Escape Hybrid was displaying intermittent strange warnings that didn't make sense. Sometimes the car would not start, once it shut down at a red light. I lost my trust in the vehicle. The dealership in my lower upper Michigan small town would not look at my car for two months, even though it was under warranty. I called relatives downstate and without hesitation said LaFontaine Ford in Flushing would take it no problem. One call to the dealership and I was on my way down. 140 miles later, they ran diagnostics, fixed the problem and I was good to go. The service center was very knowledgeable. Thanks for taking care of my car!

Just purchased and took delivery of my new 2024 Mustang EcoBoost Convertible. Love! Love! Love! LaFontaine Ford has been able to met and exceed all of my expectation especially when it came to their assistance from the day I placed my order all the way through the delivery process. My sales associate Thomas Yeager was able to keep me updated throughout the entire building process from the day that I placed my order throughout the day that my dream car rolled off the assembly line.The entire staff at LaFontaine Ford is simply amazing and I’m looking forward to working with them in the future!

I had a great first experience with LaFontaine ford. Everyone was very nice and helpful from setting up the appointment, the Lady that checked us in and the technician that fixed the recall parts. I received a video showing the new parts. I will definitely recommend them and will return again myself.

Allen was hands down the best salesman my husband, Matthew, and I have ever worked with. This was one of the experiences where you walk out and think to yourself he really did everything possible to get us into the vehicle we loved. He was efficient, listened to any concerns of ours, was very friendly with us and our kids, and worked his butt off to get us the vehicle. Sincerely, we've never had that kind of incredible experience at a dealership before and we are so beyond happy with the service we received. Thank you Allen!!

Phenomenal service. I couldn’t be more grateful after spending the course of 3 months getting stranded randomly and taking my truck to the dealership where I purchased it 3 times to tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong. Got it towed to them and services were completely in a timely manner. Communication was also pretty good. This place gave me an ease that I can not describe with words.

The service here is awesome!! Fully loaded crew ready to solve any issue you have with a genuine smile on their face. I dropped my car off overnight to the dealership. The next morning before 8am, my car had already been checked out and information was sent to me immediately after completing the inspection. I was texted a link on the updates of my vehicle during repair and also a video review of all work done plus any found issues. This place is great and I have always had the best experiences! My big thanks to Dave!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone around.

Brad went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted in a new car. And I was unsure of make and model and he picked lots for us to drive and compare. And he even went out of his way to get me a car from another lot for me. He was very informative and patient with me it was an all around great experience for me

Dan Cheney and Bradley Hayes were outstanding. My head gasket blew on my car and I needed something right away with low miles on a tight budget. Dan searched and found something for me within the hour! When I picked it up he and Brad were amazing to work with. Brad handled all the paperwork and arranged everything. They made the experience so easy. It's stressful buying a car and they took that stress off of my shoulders and gave me such a deal on a fantastic car. Thank you guys! You are the absolute best. I will definitely be coming back when it's time for my kids to replace their cars!
